Staff: Super friendly, always willing to help, polite, they all speak English. They know the city well, they are a good source of info when it comes to the hidden gems of Lisbon, directions, prices, areas to visit or avoid and so on.
Room: Clean. Super clean. While the furniture is not really a 4 star, it is clean all around the apartment. The cleaning crew – top notch! We had super bright sheets and pillow covers every day, always had super clean towels, they vacuumed and washed the dishes, cleaned up the mirrors, took the garbage out. Ask for street view if you can, the back of the hotel is kinda crappy. You can hear the planes with the windows open, no issues with them closed. Strong AC.
The kitchen has a few pots and pans, plates, glasses, cups, some basic cutlery, bottle opener, fridge, small oven, microwave, mini electric range. We were able to cook breakfast and dinner without any problems.
Location: 2 min walk to the subway (use Sao Sebastiao), grocery store (El Corte Ingles, underground), 20-30 min walk to Baixa.
Internet and TV: we had our own router in the room, really strong wifi. The pipe was good, speedtest.net topped out around 22MBps; VH-1 and a few other channels, news and movies.
Money well spent, very pleased.
