“Fantastic Price/Quality/Location”
Near airport, EXPO 98 area is very nice and u can get turist bus just steps away. Modern hotel with very good quality/price/location ratio.
“Very bad stay, four stars hotel, but 0-stared service.”
We booked a family room, which is supposed to be two adjoining rooms, but when we arrived we were told all family rooms were booked and we were given two separate rooms across the corridor. We were told that Expedia didn't notify them the type of rooms we booked, we wondered whether it's Expedia's fault or the hotel's. We stayed in the second floor, one of the room facing the rail track. Noise from the track was disturbing, especially when there was a fast train passing by. Two things we were very disappointed: 1, the air-conditioner was very noisy, made a very loud noise and my mate couldn't sleep due to this. We complaint, wanted to change the room for the second night but before the staff even checked for any available room, she immediately said all rooms were fully booked and it wasn't possible to change our room. We were told that they would repair the air-conditioning, but it didn't happen. We had to switch off the air-cond and opened the window as it got stuffy, but the noise from the rail was even more unbearable. The irony was when we checked out the same staff told us they couldn't find anyone to fix it and they had available rooms for us to change, they couldn't reach us by room telephone, but they didn't leave any message behind. 2, Our booking should include breakfasts but we were refused for breakfast, the staffs were not helpful at all, only after we went down to the reception and showed our booking confirmation only we were seated.
“Art's Hotel in Lisbon... Great!”
This hotel was in a wonderful location if you want to catch the Oceanarium of Lisbon.. a few blocks away from bus/metro/tourist buses. GREAT SHOPPING Center, 3-5 min walk away.
Consiglio vivamente!
“Hotel Vip executive arts lisbona - zona Oriente”
Camera pulita, luminosa e spaziosa, letto comodo.
