“Great hotel for city break to Lisbon”

This hotel is very nice indeed, although there is a strange mix of very modern communal areas and fairly old-fashioned (but very clean and comfortable) bedrooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent - good choice of cooked foods, cereals, cold meats, breads, yogurts and fresh fruit, which were constantly restocked. There is free wi-fi - you just ask for the code at reception. It certainly worked very well in our bedroom. The hotel is in a fairly quiet area, and only a few minutes walk from a metro station (covering both the blue and red lines). (The metro system is really easy to use, and we found it very quick and simple to go around the city. Public transport is very cheap and reliable.) The hotel is also very close to one of the large shopping centres, which was very useful, and very near a really lovely museum.

“Excellent Value and Quality”

The hotel is very conveniently located near the town center and a subway station, so the convenience, comfort, quality is very high for the money. The warm breakfast offerings with scrrambled eggs, fresh meats and sausages, variety of fresh breads, very fresh fruits and juices were great.

“Great Service! Great Location! Great Price! Great Hotel!”

This hotel is not situated near touristy areas. However, there is a metro station right around the corner from the hotel, which can bring you to any part of Lisbon within minutes. The rooms were clean and spacious. The employees were very helpful and accommodating. Oh yeah, included in the price of the hotel came a free continental breakfast! Yummy! My friend and I would defiantly stay here again.

“Can't wait to go back”

The service was excellent. The rooms were very clean and the restaurant service was good. Not being very familiar with LIsbon, I thought the location of the hotel was adequate to get around in town.

“Super price and service, quiet neighborhood.”

I used Tripadvisor to find this hidden gem in the north of the city. The hotel has a buffet breakfast that is more than adequate. Wifi and a room safe are options that I always look for when traveling. The only improvement that I might suggest is having coffee service available in the rooms. Breakfast and room service don't begin until 0700, so this would add value to an already great bargain.

“fantastic service and friendly staff”

Me and my sister stayed for two nights. It was the best hotel we ever stayed for holidays. Staff are knowledgeabe, friendly and service oriented - something that is rare this day even in 5-star hotel. They were very patient when we asked for direction and places to see etc. Room is clean and tidy. Although it's not extremely central, the hotel is only 5 mins away from tube station, and if you consider the fact that Lisbon is not a big place it's perfectly fine. Transport is cheap, one day ticket (for bus and tube) is 3.75 Euros. We took a train ride to the seaside city Cascais - only 45 mins away by train and the journey cost 1.60 Euros!! what else can you ask for! Portugese are generally friendly. They were trying their best to help when we asked for directions. Will definitely go back.
