“Excellent Value”

We stayed there just at the end of the season so it was nice and quiet.The pool area was very decent and far surpassed my expectations for a 2 star hotel.The style was slightly 60's retro not fashionable which gave it a charm of it's own and the houskeeping was of a very good standard. The breakfast was not great but there was a lovely coffee shop in Colares so we mingled with the locals having breakfast each day.Would go again.......excellent value and non pretentious hotel.

“Great hotel”

This was a surprisingly great hotel. The rooms were very clean, very nice, and the bathrooms were beautiful (great shower pressure!). The hotel also had a beautiful pool, which would have been great to lounge at. The only negative to this hotel is that one of the women behind the desk was not friendly, but overall, this hotel was great. Only stay at this hotel, though, if you have a car. It's a good 15-minute drive into Sintra.

“10 parking spots for a 90 room hotel?”

There is a reason for the 1 star. The staff were helpful but I was not impressed to find a hair (?) in the bathtub when I checked in.
