Beautiful hotel in a quiet town outside Strasbourg. Room was pretty but the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Staff helped getting mattress toppers but still, it was hard to sleep on and it was not well sound proof. Internet very spotty.

Nice place and large room. Though there is no shampoo in rooms or at reception. There is also no minibar in the room. I was only able to find a vending machine late in the evening but that does not accept card and works only with coins. If you dont have coins then there is nothing nearby unfortunately.

The pool sauna and spa complex in the hotel is worth visiting. Due to covid the restaurant was closed . The still served a Continental Breakfast in the dining area. There were a lot of mosquitos around the hotel. We ate at a asian buffet about 5min drive away. You can't use the pool after you check out.

Unhelpful staff. France’s smallest breakfast
Staff not very helpful during checking in. Couldn’t offer advice on where to eat that evening, and repeated a few times that the restaurant next door was full - end of conversation. Morning after, charged €28 for breakfast for 2 adults and one child (not bad?). No menu offered, and very little choice offered by staff. €28 got us 3 croissants, 1 thimble of coffee, a glass of something resembling tap water, and two slices of bread. Cup of tea not available. No fruit juices offered. I would guess €27 profit was made on the worlds most petit, “petit dejeuner”. Rooms clean but basic. Beautiful village

Rooms for improvement
Potentially and very good place to organize meetings but After 11pm the hotel is quite (all is closed) Which might not be convenient sometimes for a good team building. Air conditioning is powerful but not well oriented (just in front of the bed) in some rooms. Beside that the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms are meeting expectations.

Good location.
Nice quiet location on the edge of the village proved a great base for cycling with an extensive cycle network around including into Strasbourg. Restaurant and boulangerie within short walk, train station also within easy walking distance. Good breakfasts. Room seemed slightly on the small side for a multi-day stay, given the price, but aircon very welcome. If visiting again I'd try to get a larger balcony room.

Lovely Lipsheim
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms with the most comfortable pillows I’ve ever slept on. Friendly staff, very helpful. The spa is gorgeous; jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and pool. Very relaxing. Towels for the spa and a robe are provided by the hotel too. Lipsheim is a very pretty little village, but fairly remote. A car would be advisable, but there is a bus (followed by a tram) service into Strasbourg. Takes about an hour in total. The breakfast was okay, maybe a little overpriced for a basic continental breakfast. Good service though and a pleasant dining room. Recommended for a quiet and peaceful stay.

Beautiful surrounding areas with all the half timbered houses. Hotel was very nice and clean. Bed was okay, great baby extras, like changing pad. Would stay here again.

Bed creaked horribly with slightest movement. Air conditioning not working room temperature intolerable. I opened window but local church bell rings every hour and half hour loud enough to wake the dead. The staff are very correct and there is a nice swimming pool.

Cosy, clean, friendly and quite
We enjoyed our stay very much. Our two girls enjoyed the pool and our morning walk to the town bakery, which is small but very cosy and fresh, best croissant I've ever tasted. The staff is extremely helpful. The hotel is only approx. 15min drive from the centre of Strasbourg. We will definitely stay here again.

Probably the best place to stay in this area.
I would say, it is one of the best hotel in the area. Very quiet, clean, and comfortable. It was recommended by my colleagues and I am happy that I found a nice place to stay for my business trips. Will come back again.

Nice but slightly impersonal hotel
The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the restaurant was closed on a Sunday with no alternatives nearby, so no place to eat! Otherwise a nice clean hotel with helpful staff.

Les Alizes
We were touring the Alsace wine route and stayed here our first night. It was a bit out of the way...which is probably why it was such a good value for the money. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. They had a nice indoor pool, although we didn't use it. Free wifi and free parking were also a plus. My only complaint is that there was no hair dryer in the bathroom. I probably could have gotten one from the front desk, but didn't bother.

Tout était super !!! Le c’était l’espace spa détente piscine magnifique ! Très très propre ! Le petit déjeuner parfait ! Seul bémol le restaurant fermé les 2 soirs où nous étions sur place mais pas grave il y avait d’autre restaurant non loin ! Merci pour cet agréable moment dans votre hôtel ! Je recommande !

Tout ce quil faut pour un long WE alsacien!
Entre Aéroport et Centre ville de Strasbourg un hotel d'extérieur traditionnel alsacien, d'intérieur moderne, pour un très simple séjour famille ou boulot, bien agréable. Petites Suites propres sans fioriture ni prétentions. Calme. Un peu cher, mais Spa/Piscine tout gratuit et comme prévu peignoirs prévus juste en taille adulte, mais ok. Les enfants s'y sont plût. Jai profité!

Trop top, après plusieurs séjours dans cet hôtel, on y reviens toujours volentiers a l'occas, car toujours aussi sodisfaite, je le conseille, par la propreté, la gentillesse du personnel, pour le calme autour et aussi près du joli village
