the room was not cleaned properly. there were even some nose wax, probably left behind by previous guests, stuck on the wall and was not removed. The fridge was old and dirty that we do not even want to use. The bath curtain was also not clean, peppered with dirty patches. the only delightful part was probably the breakfast.

Never disappoint
Usual stay in Kaohsiung. Very consistent service standard. Love the included breakfast spread. Simple yet thoughtful.

its a good and nice hotel to stay in. Cheap too. its a 10 mins walk from the MRT. Have a nice breakfast spread.

Great for budget travelling
This is a small but sincere and cosy hotel. Every floor has a different theme. We were greeted by a cutely designed door and very cosy room. We are vegetarians and they had specially prepared a good spread of vegetarian breakfast for us. We will visit again when we visit Kaohsiung.

Cute little hotel close to eveything
Apart from the room smell of smoke...i really enjoyed staying here. Sogo and Mitsukoshi are few blocks away. There' s also a street opposite from Mitsukoshi thats full of street foods. I love the breakfast buffet provided for the guest. Menu change daily and very yummy and healthy. Staff really attentive and polite. Overall i will highly recommended this place and definitely will go back to stay.

IT IS A GOOD CHOICE FOR OUR KAOHSIUNG TRIP, 8-10MINS TO SUBWAY STATION, 20MINS TO AIRPORT 3MINS TO CONVENIENCE SHOP ROOM IS BIG ENOUGH FOR 2, COMFORT BED AND COLD A/C, WI-FI SIGNAL IS STRONG JUST THE PHONE IN THE ROOM IS NOT ABLE TO CONTACT OUTSIDE, AND WE GO TO RECEPTION REQUIRE TO MAKE A PHONE CALL, WE WERE INFORMED THEY CANNOT HELP US AND WE HAVE TO USE THE OUTSIDE TELEPHONE IN THE STREET, UNBELIEVABLE!

Nice hotel. Short walk to the train station.
The staffs are nice, they provide shuttle to & fro train station for free, you can consider this because you don't want to be dragging your big luggage and walk for a few streets ya. They do recommend where to go around in Kaohsiung area and they will try to help you with the directions around :) They have computers at the lobby free to use too :)

nice hotel close to the department store
I felt the air is not enough when I entered into the room. I considered that the air conditioner is under something problem. This problem resulted in the quality of the room and that's what a pity thing. However，it is not bad for the hotel facilities and cleanness of the room. In addition,the hotel can afford the bicycles to the visiters. It is very convenient and perfectly fine. So,finally,I very appreciate for the service of the Sanduo hotel.

Hotel staff are friendly and approachable. Location is good as it is within walking distance to subway, shopping mall and a popular bakery shop "wu pao chun".

Business hotel in the heart of Town.
Stayed there for two nights in middle of June and booked a double room and a twin room. Rooms were clean and the hotel was well positioned in the city. Easy access to the metro (about 10 mins walk) and shopping malls. Unfortunately the immediate areas surrounding the hotel does not have a good selection of local eateries and street food.

great service. however, we didnt leave the key when we went out that day so there was no room service. not able to get more necessities because it was past midnight and the counter closed. hotel receptionists were good at advising directions. friendly. Overall quite satisfied

Nice place to stay
Distance hotel to MRT was about 800m -1km. Hotel provide the transportation each hour to MRT and Hotel. But you have to inform counter earlier. They provided bicycle free use which surprise me. They also provide free WIFi and PC to use but my travel period the Internet having problem. The room is nice and clean. Due to my nose sensitive, the blanket dust give me problem. Toilet was very clean. The walkway, room and toilet ceiling was low. It's about 6.5-7feet only. Be careful. Breakfast major was local food which I like that. And they provide simple western food as well.

Friendly service at a decent sized hotel. There is free wifi, bicycle rental and shuttle services (you must book the shuttle early before 6pm for the 7pm departure to the night markets). Big shopping malls nearby the metro station.

Good value hotel
An enjoyable stay at the Sanduo Hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff - they could not do enough for us. Occasional smell of cigarette smoke in non-smoking room. Breakfast OK. We would consider staying again as this was a good value for money hotel.

A partial remake of a mostly short-time stay hotel. This hotel is used mostly for men wanting to spend some time with a girlfriend. Doors were opening and closing throughout the night and even though I scheduled a double bed room, I got a twin bed to sleep in. That being said, it has satisfactory local TV, adult channels for free, excellent internet and a very convenient location for shopping.

Not a good hotel for pleasure.
All I can say is one word - "Terrible". We were there at 3:30pm for check in, but were told the room was not ready. The room is tiny and the bed is too soft.

Hotel staff are helpful and friendly,
Hotel staff are helpful and friendly, they are doing their best to provide information to guest. Hotel will provide transport from hotel to the night market and Love River ( 2way ). Also provide transfer to the nearest MRT for guest taking bullet train back to Taipei.This hotel staff is trying their best to cater to travellers needs for sight-seeing in Kaohsiung, they are now in the midst of planning day tour for guest staying in their hotel, can feel staff are doing their best to ensure guest have a good and enjoyable stay in Kaohsiung .
