“Family Trip”

The service by staff and their dedication to ensure our enjoyment is without question, wish to state that both the Breakfast and Kitchen staff were excellent. However, did feel that the allocation of a triple room rather than the double requested, left us feeling 'squashed'. Do feel the hotel is 'tired' and requires refurbishment, although kept clean and presentable.
