“Quiet and relaxing”

This Residence Inn was very quiet and relaxing. Easy to get to. Close to a shopping center and restaurants. This will be our "go to" place in Lincoln.

“Exceptional Service”

This hotel was super nice. I expected that because of the brand. What I didn't expect was the exceptional customer service I recieved. I was traveling with my 9 month old daughter. More than once the person behind the desk offered to help me carry things up when my hands were full. And it was a different person almost every time. Anytime I needed anything, I never had to wait for it. The folks there dropped everything to help me, but never made me feel like an imposition! This hotel was kind of a splurge for me, but I will return every time I am able.

“Less than Stellar”

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. We were impressed the first time we stayed but were definitely disappointed this time. The desk personnel were abrupt, assigned the wrong room, and charged us a pet fee that they had not previously disclosed.

“Beautiful hotel”

Can't say how impressed I was with this hotel. We were driving from ND to CO with two kids and a dog and were exhausted when we pulled in. The hotel is immaculate and feels as if it were built this morning. The staff was cheerful and told us upon check-in that they were cooking chili in the lobby for the football game that night. The pool was clean and the room was one of the nicest we've seen. This is our default hotel now every time we pass through Lincoln.

“Best deal in Lincoln”

Booked this hotel online with the Nickleodeon Package for our 6 year old daughter. She was amazed when she received all the goodies at check-in; the staff was friendly and the room was modern, plus the breakfast was the best I've seen in Lincoln/Omaha area for a hotel in this price range. It is on the South Side of town, but really close to a Mall, it is modern, all rooms are new, and 10 minutes of extra driving will allow you to stay in a very good hotel! The kitchen is very nice, and very useful when traveling with kids, the good-size LCD TV rotates around for viewing from anywhere in the room, and there are several room options to choose from for all your family needs!

“Very nice hotel - especially for longer stays”

This is a great hotel in a great location. There is easy access to many restaurants, parks and shops. The rooms in the hotel give the feeling of a more modern big city apartment that I liked. I really liked the modern fixtures and colors in the room. The bed was a bit too firm and the pool very small, but still very much worth the money. The breakfast buffet was more than usually offered in most 4 star hotels. I was very pleased with my two night stay and would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel.
