“Great place to stay near Thunder Valley”

Took my mom to Thunder Valley for Mother's Day and got there on Friday afternoon. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when they switched rooms to the first floor to make it easier for my mom. The room was very spacious and clean, with great amenities- complete with coffee maker, microwave and a cold, clean, empty mini-fridge which was really convenient for the leftovers from dinner. The bathroom was big too- plenty of room in the shower. The only (minor) complaint I have is that the door to the bathroom does not stay open without propping. We like to keep the bathroom light on with the door ajar all night to make it easier to find in the middle of the night. Other than this, the room, the staff and the availability of a real hot breakfast will make this our number one choice when needing a place to stay near the casino.

“Will Stay Again”

The hotel was really nice and we loved that the air conditioner was silent. Our rug did have huge noticeable spots, but overall it was clean. The bathroom was really big and comfortable. Our breakfast hostess had gone out the previous night and she was not doing well. She wasn't very friendly or helpful. Everyone had to keep asking her for different things that had run out. We did report this to the front desk. At check out she apologized for her behavior. She said she had gone out and had too much fun. I just smiled and left.

“Impressed”

The staff were very helpful and friendly. This was a great home away from home the week that my daughter and I stayed. I would definitely want to stay again, and I would recommend it to others.

“Will be staying here again next time we're in Sacramento”

The hotel was very convenient. It seemed that a lot of people were staying there due to its nearness to the casino. Good breakfasts and the staff were very friendly.

“Not impressed”

The staff was not friendly. Took forever for her to assign me a room. Once she did, I went to the room and it had not been cleaned. When I went back to the front desk she seemed annoyed, and did not apologize at all. She just didn't speak, then assigned me a new room.

“Next to shopping and food”

The room was very clean and comfortable. I liked the breakfast. However, the air conditioner was very noisy and the large door creaked LOUDLY each time we closed it.
