“Good location but noisy”
The hotel itself is in a great location, the room was a decent size and clean, and the staff were very helpful. Was able to check in first thing in the morning after an overnight flight (a big positive, as I thought for sure I'd have to wait at least a few hours to be able to get into the room). However, there was a lot of noise, both from outside (I was on the 4th floor), and from in the hallway (what I guess was a lack of adequate soundproofing of the doors). Despite the negatives, I would be inclined to stay there again.
“Enjoyable Stay at Jury's Inn”
I was pleasently surprised at the size of the room and quality of furnishings. The Pub staff was welcoming and the menu, while not very extensive, was uniformly good with a respectable selection of beers on tap. The location in the city was very convenient. The hotel is right on the River Shannon and has good access to highways. Be prepared to pay for Intenet access (10 euro daily) and parking (7.5 euro daily). Parking at the Henry Street Car Park is directly across a narrow street from the back of the hotel.
“Good hotel in North of Dublin”
Perfectly good hotel in North of Dublin City Centre, walking distance to all the attractions. No complaints at all.
“Modern hotel in a safe area”
Pretty standard American style hotel with big room/bathroom and not a whole lot of individual style. Expect a charge for anything extra (parking, internet, etc) but the room price seems typically low enough to make up for it. The breakfast buffet had a pretty wide selection of items to choose from and the hotel location is very convenient for walking around Limerick and driving to surrounding areas.
“Good for the price”
I had to be in Limerick for a couple of nights and this hotel provided an excellent location, very good Irish breakfast and extremely helpful and friendly personnel.
“Not impressed”
Worst Jurys I've ever stayed in . . .small rooms, uncomfortable rooms, bad lighting . .. food not really good - there are better places to stay for the money.
