Nice customer service lady!
The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful, she allowed us to stay in the room until 3pm, we had to catch a 7pm flight. I missed the buffet breakfast... lol.. but they brought breakfast to our room, nice selection of bread, fruit and drinks. The hotel is located near to the Kennedy Park, restaurants and grocery stores. I will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here twice. First stay (prior to going to the Amazon and Cusco) we had a lovely room on the 6th floor. When we returned to Lima we were given a room on the third floor. The safe was locked when we arrived, the bathroom flooded and there was no minibar in this room. This room had a somewhat downtrodden look about it. All in all though, the hotel is central yet fairly quiet, and the staff are friendly with good English

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size with all needed items. The bathroom was larger, the shower large, and the water hot as needed with great pressure. Food; we needed room service on one occasion, the food was good, fast, and not expensive. A very nice breakfast, nice assortment that changed slightly daily, good quality, and Very Nice staff.

From the pictures I expected a more modern looking room. It was a bit noisy during day time. When vacuum cleaning the hallways it was noisy, especially when the knocked the vacuum cleaner against the room door. The breakfast selection was really good and tasty. It is perfectly located, with walking distance to some key area.

Over all my experience was great
The location was great everything was closer to my hotel and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem was my room have not heating system, it was cold at night.

Great hotel!!! I loved the room. Nice hot shower with pressure. Location of the hotel was ideal!!! The view I had wasnt too great but I didnt mind. The AC worked great!!!

I usually arrive late, in the early morning and leave just after midnight (on the day that I leave). So I end up paying for 2 full days to deal with my flight patterns. Usually they are able to accommodate me with an early check-in. This time that was not the case. Now they were asking me an extra fee.

Location is good. Lots of restaurants and everything walking distance. Staff are so nice. They asked me our leaving flight time. I was wondering why. They said if our flight is early morning before breakfast they prepared breakfast to go for us. I really recommend this place.

Nicely located hotel in Miraflores ...
I am not too picky about hotel rooms. For my purposes, Hotel Stefanos worked well ... The staff was very helpful. Metropolitano Public Transit (Of which I am a big fan) has a stop right there.

good breakfast... lots of fruit and fruit juices (for veggies out there), excellent location (close to Kennedy Park), lots of vegetarian/vegan restaurants in the area, at least 2 vegan, 2 raw, bunch of vegetarian, 2 middle eastern, etc. within 10 -20 minute walk. Nice service from staff and fairly quiet hotel.

Great hospitality
We were staying there for one night but I wish we stay there longer. The front desk ladies (all off the ladies) were great. They accomodate our luggage's a day early while we are on a day tour that start 2am-12 am the next morning. And very late check in at mid night when we arrived all the room were ready with our luggage's in it. Also late check out in the morning with a nice buffet breakfast. Then they keep our luggages the rest of the night after we checked out so we can enjoy the city a little more on our last day in Lima. Thank you

Great Hotel and Amazing people
The hotel was nice and the staff are amazing. Our last night we had to leave for the airport at 1 AM. They not only woke us up on time but they packed us a breakfast several hours before the restaurant opened for us to take with us.

Website misleading. Suite extremely small. Very old building. Construction right outside the building, very noisy, they charge for domestic calls, paid $ 11.00 for 2 calls. Service was good.

Very comfortable low price hotel.
We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and courteous. The location was within walking distance to Kennedy Park and the Via Expressway. They had a great breakfast with a nice selection of juices and food every morning.

only drawback.... room was on the fourth floor, breakfast buffet is on the fifth. Lots of overhead traffic in the morning. Otherwise, a great choice.
