“WE LOVE CASA ANDINA PRIVATE COLLECTION!!!”
This hotel has that added something that makes it more than just luxurious. The hotel was beautiful and very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms range from a really good size to large (we stayed there on three different occasions). The rooms are very well equipped with tea and coffee making facilities (which are topped up everyday, or replenished sooner if you need) and every afternoon staff come around with little complimentary cookies, a nice touch I think. Whilst we were there my partner became very ill and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and reassuring, making calls to the hospital and arranging the follow up appointments. We have stayed in this hotel three times and were never disappointed. The restaurant, cafe and bar were all relaxing and the service was impeccable. The staff met all our needs, I have food allergies and I am a vegetarian and even if there wasn't an option on the menu for me they would make whatever I asked for. The spa was beautiful and we enjoyed a massage there too, which was very reasonably priced. On our last stay we had to leave at 3am for our flight so we were going to miss their (delicious!) breakfast, however the staff had hot drinks and croissants for us in the lobby, which was a relaxing way to begin our trek back to the UK. I wish there were Casa Andina hotels in the UK!
“Authentic Peru in Luxury Surroundings”
Casa Andina provides the experience of a luxury travel hotel while maintaining the authenticity to its Peruvian surroundings. Staff are very friendly, decor is lovely.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Andina.We were treated well by all the staff. Our rooms were comfortable and clean.The hotel is located in Miraflores,a safe and lovely part of Lima.There is everpresent security in the hotel as well. The breakfast buffet was included and had much to offer and of good quality. This hotel has a lovely lobby and generally,and a nice cafe where you can buy coffee,sanwiches,etc.. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
“The best hotel in Lima.”
The hotel may be quiet since not alot of people can afford to stay there, but it really is worth the money. Peru is the 2nd most impoverished country in South America (2nd only to Bolivia) and there are few decent hotels for 5-star travelers. The service was great. The rooms were nice. They even had a really nice pool and gym. The best part was the hotel's relationship with Hertz. Instead of shoving you in a local taxi to get around, there was a Hertz employee in a suit and a new economy car to take you anywhere you want for just a little more than a local cab. You could then call the driver's cell phone number and he'll be there to pick you up later as well. It felt much safer traveling around like that.
