Nice and clean, close to downtown Miraflores, good front desk help, EXCELLENT breakfast. Only neg was that the internet was a little sketchy, but that’s a nit. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel near Miraflores. Comfortable clean room and shower room. 5 mins walk to central Miraflores. Quiet area.

This is a very nice little hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are bit small, but very clean and fairly priced. There are many available channels on the cable TV. The personnel at the front desk speak English reasonably well. And the hotel is located on a quiet and safe side street very near the center of Mirafores and the ruins of Huaca Pucllana. Two thumbs up.

Cute spot for my first week in Lima on a solo trip. The rooms are definitely really small and you wouldn’t want to spend too much time in the room. But on the upside, it’s very clean, hot showers, comfy bed and clean towels or extra pillow if you ask for it. The breakfast was good and simple- tea, yogurt, bread and eggs with cheese slices and ham slices. The place is really nice because it’s in a quieter block so there’s not much noise but it is a 5-10 minute walk to the restaurants and shops. The B&B will even send your clothes out to be laundered for about 8 soles a kilo. Overall, I would stay here again especially since I was on a budget and the staff were really friendly.

Nice, clean hotel close to everything
Clean hotel, very friendly staff, close to Kennedy Park, I recommend it if you are on a budget. The only reason I do not give them a perfect score is that they have issues with the hot water.

Friendly and good location
Overall we enjoyed our time, the front desk was helpful in getting us a taxi to and from the airport and they even packed us a paper bag breakfast when we left really early. My wife's only complaint is that she was allergic to their cleaning products and woke up with hives and had a hard time breathing from them. But we don't blame them for the incident, it just made our time there less enjoyable. We did like that we could walk to the beach and a lot of restaurants.

Small room on first floor had a outdoor patio which made it seem bigger. Needed a few things in the bath like something to hang your bath towel and a shelf for toiletries. Breakfast was included but was very basic. Miraflores is the best area of the city to stay when in Lima. There are restaurants close by and a safe area at night. Good value for the money.

The price was good but the room and bathroom incredibly small. It only had a window that opened into a storage room and that was the only circulation available. The worst moment was during the night when someone was smoking inside and it was all I could smell. I was hot and claustrophobic the whole time. I cancelled my return stay and booked elsewhere. The cheap price is NOT worth it.

If you don't like Trump style hotels
Great option for a couple of days in Lima. Hotel will arrange taxi from and to Airport and to places like the Larco museum. Close to great restaurants and the Malechon walk along the cliffs. We used the family room for a family of four adults. It has a table and chairs, fridge, a sofa, double bed and 2/3 singles.

Really enjoyed our stay at B@B Miraflores. Well-located, friendly and helpful staff, good place to stay if you are on a budget. The owner, Brenda provided a wealth of information and saved us from making more than 1 mistake! ( like taking a taxi to the old centre- only way to go is by bus).

Great location
This was the best B&B I stayed on my south America trip (Cusco, Lima, Santiago, Easter Island). The place was nice and clean. We arrived from Santiago around noon and was be able to check in right away. For some reason, we've got a free upgrade to a 3 person bedroom on the third floor. Our room was nice and clean with the living room and a private shower. Staff was friendly and very helpful with all the questions we had. Staff also spoke very good English. Free continental style breakfast with your choice of fry eggs or omelet. The hotel arranged the taxi to pick us up from and to the airport for 20 USD each way. Free wifi in the room and at the lobby. The B&B was located in the middle of Miraflores neighborhood. It's close to a lot of restaurants, cafes, and bars. It's about 10 minute walked to the archaeologic site Huaca Pucllana, 15 minutes walk to Mercado de Surquillo, 10 minutes walk to Kennedy Park, 20 minutes walk to Amor Park, and 30 minutes walk to Larcomar. Taxi costs about 10-15 soles to go any where in Miraflores.

Staff is nice. Room is very small and was noisy. Don't take the taxi service from them. The driver was driving crazy and the seat belts were not usable. Get a green taxi when arriving at airport. Their taxis are clean and the drivers not crazy.

Great deal in Lima!
I landed in Lima at 11:05pm at night and stayed here for 2 nights. I got a shuttle taxi from the hotel (60 sols or $20) and Arturo got me from the airport to the hotel and back in one piece. The breakfast (eggs and bread) were really good. The staff was helpful. The hotel is in a neighborhood away from the city area so it is quiet at night. It is a short walk to get to the center where you can do your shopping. I would definitely stay here again for the price and the service.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I flew in a day ahead of my fiance, and organized an airport pickup for him through the B&B. His flight was delayed repeatedly throughout the night, but the front desk kept an eye on his flight status so that the pickup was coordinated in the morning. They organized everything!

Small, but functional
Stayed for six days. Room was small, but functional. No A/C. Window ventilation was sufficient. Bed was comfortable with enough blankets. Room also contained a folding table with chair, mood lighting, and built-in storage. The bathroom had a shower to which hot water was readily available after 10-15 seconds. Housekeeping is HONEST, cleaning the room on a daily basis. Breakfast was also prepared by the lady who cleaned the rooms. She would prepare an egg anyway you preferred. Plate was accompanied by slices of ham, cheese, and freshly baked bread. Cereals were available along with yogurt. A juice of the day was naturally made. The room and breakfast were nothing special, but you are there to spend money on the sights and food! Recommended.

Great for an overnight layover.
Just perfect for a night's layover in Lima. I needed a overnight and then held onto the room for the next day as my flight didn't leave until 11pm. The price was right for my plan. Clean, comfortable enough with a great shower and nice breakfast. The front counter staff couldn't be more helpful.

Be careful with airport transfer
The hotel is in lovely Miraflores district. We wwee initially given the room behind the reception but we managed to get moved to the one on the first floor. Getting grom and to the airport is quite a hassle in Lima so book a transfer through the hotel. We had a bad experience during our transfer from the hotel to the airport as the driver didn't speak any English and did 10mins detour to pick sb about what the hotel didn't notify us as all. After a small quarrel, he agreed not to pick that person. I was very anxious about the whole situation as I was a female traveller just with my mother and the guy being picked was around 30 and only had a small bag with him. Some of staff speaks English whilst others do not, which is not what they advertise. Rooms are very small with no proper AC. The fun is always not the best.

It was a one night stayed.
The hotel is located centrally in Miraflores which made it easy to get anywhere. The staff was great! They were able to answer all of our questions and point us in the right direction. They were able to setup our cab transfer to the airport which made it very easy. Overall, a great experience...especially for a short stay.

Our room had so bad smell afterthe nights when the cleaner smell disappeared. The room's back side must have some mold between the walls. We even got some symptons from it. These kinds of things should be fixed before people sleep there any nights! Breakfast ok and service friendly. Good, safe and quiet location.

A true hidden gem in Miraflores!
I was originally staying in a hostel 1 block away (will not state that hostel's name) and the middle of the night I caught 2 drunk men peeing in the shower. I immediately awoke and started looking for another place to stay and found this B&B one block away. Even though it was 8:00 am in the morning and the check-in time was not until the afternoon, the young lady checked to see if my room was available and whisked me away to my private room. The room was SUPER clean, the bathroom was REALLY nice and the service was immaculate in customer service. Later in the evening I was going to take a stroll to find a pizza place and the receptionist volunteered to call a pizza company for me and have it delivered. Once it arrived, she knocked on my door and handed it to me on a breakfast tray with dinnerware and all! The next morning, breakfast was freshly made in their kitchen while I waited under the heat lamp on the patio outside. I was to check out that morning and they allowed me to keep my things at their B&B while I went out on the town for the day. They even arranged a taxi for me for only $20 USD. I honestly cannot say enough about this place. I wish more people knew about it and gave it a shot. If I were to return to Lima, I'd stay strictly here :)

it is in a great location in Miraflores, 6 blocks near Ovalo Miraflores which is fairly centrical in Miraflores. Room is very small, nothing more than bed, bath and some space for luggage. Room also got very very cold in the morning hours.

The room was clean and tidy (but small) and staff was wonderful and kind. It was a great buy for the price and a great location, close to bars, restaurants and nightlife. If you stay here, get used to taking showers with fluctuating water temperatures, ranging from cold to boiling hot, but rarely consistent. Still a good deal if you are traveling on a budget. I would stay again!

First of all they couldn't find our reservation which was for a king and a twin bed on the side..then after a while they offered two separate rooms the size of a closet, which is okay the problem was that the rooms had mildew and the light hardwood was black because of it. The employees were super nice and attentive, they for most part dont speak English but they are super nice. The neighborhood is quiet and safe as far as our experience. Mold was a concern and there is no a.c. in the rooms..
