The hotel is in a Great position in Lille Rooms are clean and adequate but badly in need of modernising I visit Lille on business but would not stay in this hotel again unless it was refurbished

The staff members were nice and polite. The problem was the hotel room and facilities. Stuffy, with only one very small circular window, so it was very claustrophobic for two. Minimal amenities, no complimentary water, no fridge and no kettle. It was just like a student hostel, but only slightly cheaper than other hotels in Lille, so we regretted our choice. We have stayed in Ibis hotels elsewhere, but have rarely felt so uncomfortable.

We are sorry that you didn't feel confortable but because of the classified area we cannot change the window in the eight rooms with circular window. Excelente ubicación. Cómodo y agradable. Solo le pediría a Ibis. Que pusiera más atención en la acústica de las habitaciones. Se escucha mucho ruido de los pasillos y de otras habitaciones al cerrar la puerta. Puede ser un poco incómodo.

The staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite sufficient although fairly unexciting. The rooms were small and very basic, but clean. Staff were excellent, good English and very willing to help.

A decent low budget hotel. Everything worked. Absolute centre of Lille. All staff were lovely. Our bed was a bit dippy, but I slept like a log following all the walking we did!

I was disappointed that their was no coffee facilities in the room but on checking out I was informed that if I had asked on arrival I could have some but I surely I should have been told this on arrival that this was available on arrival

Perfect city centre location. Staff were really friendly and helpful, when asking for an early breakfast (5.45am) before check out they had already had the whole breakfast room set up for us not just a packed pastry to take with us as I expected, a lovely extra touch. Breakfast selection in general was excellent and room clean and tidy.

Fab location, basic but clean hotel
The hotel has a brilliant location right in the centre of the old city. Close to great restaurants and bars. The rooms are a bit small but not a problem, and bathroom is modern with good showers. The bed was a bit hard and the mattress kept sliding off, which actually is quite funny. My only complaint was we got eaten alive by mosquito's as we kept the window open at night ( this was in October!).

Es gab keinen Kleiderschrank nur eine kleine Garderobe. Man lebt aus dem Koffer. Esgab keinen Kühlschrank,was sehr bedauerlich war. Die Klimaanlage kühlt nur mäßig, deshalb mussten wir nachts immer mal wieder Fenster aufmachen, was aber sehr laut wa, da sich das Hotel in der Innenstadt befindet. Ich persönlich fand das Bett nicht bequem, da die Matratze durchgehend war und so der schlaf, durch die Bewegungen des Partners, störten. Das Hozel ist jedoch super gelegen und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, so das sich die Nachteile revidieren. Ich würde dort nochmal übernachten.

Great stay. Comfortable bed. Good space In room to unwind. Location is great which is what we chose it. Parking was reasonable and about 8-10 minute walk. Breakfast was great for the price eat as much or little as you like. Breakfast room we saw was a little cramped if you have a pushchair or need high chair for a little one. Not sure if there was another room nearby. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble.

great Location
Great location in the Old Town of Lille which is full of character, shops and restaurants. Hotel staff great, beds very comfy, rooms quiet. However our room was very narrow with the toilet at one end of the room and the sink and shower at the other. So you had to squeeze passed the bed every time to was your hands! Other than that a lovely City to visit.

Overall the room is good. But it’s really simple as I expected. The location is great, but on the other hand, it can be noisy during weekend night. I got woken up at 4 am when party people left the party I will still choose to stay here when I visit Lille

Interesting location
We picked this hotel for its convenient location to the town centre. Parking in a large underground car park was a short walk away and we were able to walk easily to all the nearby Christmas attractions and the new concert hall, as well as to the station for a short day trip. The hotel was happy to keep our suitcases on departure day until we returned. We heard some street noise during the night but this was to be expected in a city centre. The breakfast had to be paid for separately, and was continental buffet style with a reasonable choice of items.

We choose this hotel due to its location, it was at he city centreabd perfect for exploring. However we were very disappointed with the bed in the hotel. It was very uncomfortable due to being so hard and what o can only put down to a terrible mattress. The room was extremely small for two people as well.

Hotel is very close to city center and is within a short distances to get to both main train station! hotel staff are really nice and very helpful! I would stay there again and recommend it to my friends and family.

Weekend in Lille
First trip booked direct with hotel and found it very appealing. Bokked this October with Expedia: room at the top and at the back, very small but the thing we will remember are the ?mosquitoes - yes in October. Didnt consider we had a good deal this time and was disappointed. Hotel very central but would ensure a better room if considered returning.
