We've asked you if everything was fine, and you answered yes, but there were these 3 men that woke you up on Monday morning. We did tell you we were sorry about that, we had to do some little work inside our corridor at the front desk, but they had to check something at the 1st floor, your floor, for a few minutes. Our staff gives new tea/coffee sticks everyday, except if you ask them no to clean your room. It seems you've not liked your stay as much as you told us.Best regards,
