Nice Stay Near Centre of Town
Parking tight for small SUV. Staff member very helpful in recommending the Opera house car park, which was a similar price and easier to access. Overcharged on arrival. This was corrected and refunded without issue at check out. Rooms were nice. Breakfast was okay, however the items didn't taste that fresh. There was a good selection. Good coffee machine. Good to have water fountain on all time. Clean lobby and breakfast area. Hot food was good, however, scrabbled egg not refilled so was old and not enough left for us all to have. Cut fruits would have been nice.

Convenient to travel, not to nightlife
I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had a bar and a TV w/ seating area in the lobby. My friend got a bug bite, but I'm not sure it was bed bugs. No real closet, just a rod with some hangers. Sort-of sketchy neighborhood, but right next door to grocery and vey short walk to underground and Palace of Fine Arts. This is not the bar/restaurant quarter.

Nice hotel, and a great value
Very nice room, good breakfast, and on-site parking. Within walking distance of natural history museum, churches and other sites. The women at the front desk were SUPERB! Great help, friendly, willing to go the extra mile.

Overnight stay in Lille
Excellent location and good accommodation, just let down a little by having to correct the price being paid (hotel wanted more than Hotels.com had already stated). Also, the car park, even though incredibly handy, is a little on the expensive side at 15 euros a night on top of the hotel fee.

Nice business hotel downtown Lille
This hotel is located 1 block trom a major metro station and the edge of the pedestrian zone in downtown Lille. The hotel is in good shape, with very friendly staff. Breakfast is standard French continental. Staff cleaned me room each day, unusual in these post covid times. My room was very comfortable and being mid November, i didnt getnto see how well the a/c worked, but heating was perfect. I could crack my window open for fresh air. Bathroom had no door on shower, as common in France, so you have to be careful about overspray onto the floor. Parking, 14 Euros per night, is under the hotel in a VERY narrow garage. I had a european SUV and it barely fit. Think 12 pt turns to get unto and out of stalls and up the exit ramp. And I am a very experienced driver. Not convenient if you have business on outskirts of town and just want to stay downtown. But i wanted to see the city so worth the traffic and parking effort. Lille has a great holiday atmosphere and the Santa Clause village a couple of blocks away was nice with good food. Many restaurants and high end shopping within easy walking distance. Would stay again.

Thought the hotel staff were very friendly but we were told the bar was open till 1 am but this wasn’t the case as they stopped selling alcohol at 11pm so was a waste of time going back to hotel for a nightcap 😟

Hotel room was fine, location good. Only the room was so hot we had trouble sleeping. Breakfast was simple but fine. The parking costs 13 euros per day, is super narrow, but located directly beneath the hotel. Honestly I don’t understand why you can’t pay for it online and the information wouldn’t be shared with you while you’re making the reservation.

Probably the friendliest staff I’ve encountered while traveling in Europe. Tips on where to eat, translation to English (staff also spoke English), tips on how to get around. Super close to the center, nothing more than 15 minutes away. I’ll be coming back.

El mejor hotel el Lille, France
Holiday inn Lille, está muy bien localizado, se puede ir caminando a los principales museos, edificios antiguos y disfrutar de las calles peatonales. El Hotel está muy limpio y sanitizado y es necesario tener el pasaporte sanitario para hospedarse lo que da tranquilidad a todos los huéspedes . Su personal es sumamente amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Excelente elección para visitar Lille, France .

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room is comfortable and the hotel conveniently located for the old town. The only improvement I could suggest is that there could be more choice for breakfast, particularly to cater for anyone with a common allergy, such as dairy products; there was no non-dairy milk available for the cereals, of example. .

We have just returned from a four night stay at this hotel Check in was very quick. Information on breakfast times and location of hotel very good. The staff were very friendly. We were on the sixth floor and our room near the lift. The room was a very good size. Bed very comfortable. Plenty of hot water. My only grumble would be that there were no shelves or drawers to put your clothes. There was only a hanging rail with half a dozen hangers. This did not detract from our stay. The hotel is very close to all attractions. A 10 minute walk from Westfield Euralille shopping centre. The staff were really helpful and pleasant at all times. We would use this hotel again if we returned to Lille

The staff was so friendly and I was so grateful they had someone who spoke English at all times. The location is also perfect for walking around and seeing the local sites. My only complaint was that other people staying at the hotel could be loud at times late in the night.

Great location main centre is only a short 10 minutes walk. Numerous restaurants in same Street. Good breakfast served, room was not so big but comfortable and would definitely rebook this hotel again
