“Good for short trip”

Stayed in hotel for one night. As others have commented, hotel is difficult to find if you haven't prepared your route. Head for the road that goes directly in front of the Grand Palais and you'll be fine. Room was good - actually 2 rooms lounge and bedroom

“Well worth it”

Very please with our appartment, comfortable, clean and value for money. Area very nice and beautiful could not expect any better. The only thing they can improve is the variety of food to meet all needs and better channel on TV. However this still make it a very nice quite place to stay.

“hotel of the future for many of us”

I DID have problems finding the hotel but the taxi driver earned his money. But once booked in I soon warmed to the place. I like the concept of being left alone, and being able to cater for yourself. There were a few little quibbles, such as no kettle (just a fancy coffee making machine), and there are big square pillows that will fall on the floorduring the night if you don't put something behind them. The breakfast area was too small for such a large establishment but most people won't bother with it.I only stayed three days but a longer stay would help you get fully organised. One MAJOR criticism - there weren't enough tv channels.

“Good value”

This hotel is a good value for the money. It was clean, quiet and a short metro ride to the center. It is very hard to find though, so make sure you have good directions.

“Very good hotel, for the price”

Hotel is located 2 tube stops from the city centre, and the distance from the hotel to the tube station is very short, 5min max. There was nobody at reception, but we have recieved a phone call 1 day prior to our arrival, with the code to get into the building as well as the code to the safe, where our key was. To make the service better, there could be a map of the area, so its clear where to get a tube from.

“staying on a building site”

The appartments are modern and clean but they have a communal balcony. On our visit June 07 we found the appartments every hard to find as we had to drive through a building site to get to them. They are not in a good if you do not have a car. The appartments on one side of the building back onto the motorway.

“Good for the price”

Good for the price, basic but effective. The only gripe I had would be the room was a a little cold (mid winter) and I couldn't figure how to up the climate control to turn on the rad. No staff around as was a festival weekend (?), however they rang me before I departed and explained very helpfully/clearly how to find the keys and room. I've not rated the location so much as it the area seemed to be under consutruction. Would expect it to look much more reasonable come the summer. That said, it was only a few minutes drive from the main centre, so it was rather convenient.

“you get what you pay for!”

What can i say, this place was cheap it offered nothing more that I expected. However: The room was very clean. It was only a short walk to the Metro. Good size shower. For one night it was fine - but don't think I would want to stay longer. The place seems better suited to business stop overs and I am not sure what the coffee machine was all about a kettle would have been far more practical.

“Value for money”

You get what you pay for, and this was a budget hotel. It was clean, reasonably comfortable, and although we didn't have the breakfast, it looked fine. My one grumble is that it's very difficult to find! We had hired a car in town, and nobody had ever heard of the address, probably because it's a new complex - so new they haven't finished building the road. However I've stayed in a lot worse, so providing you can find it, you'll be OK.
