What else you would wish for…
It was great stay. Breakfast buffet is great. Bed comfy, shower strong enough. Cheeky was car parking- had to pay £5 per day. For guests should be free as stated in Latvian and Russian, but not in English… Overall we were happy.

Generally the hotel is good. The room was very small, but comfortable. The only issue was the water, that smelled of rotten eggs, but his could be the fault of city, rather than the hotel.

A stopover on the way to Riga. Nice hotel near center of city with free parking. Good restaurant & pleasant, helpful staff.

Small but very stylish and comfortable bedrooms . Lovely modern decor and beautiful bathroom . Bright with excellent shower. Super clean Fab breakfast! Fantastic value hotel in a brilliant location.

Outstanding Hotel in Courland
Outstanding place to stay in Liepaja. Modern rooms with all the amenities of an up-scale hotel. Easy walking distance to ''Lielais Dzintars" and night life. Restaurant with great dining, service and ambience ... really appreciated the fresh cut flowers on the tables. Certainly will return.

Perfect for solo travellers
It's a good hotel for solo traveller as it is easy to get to and bus stop is just right outside. Bed is standard not amazing but the price is right for it. Staff is friendly and would stay again!

Ensure you get a business room with AC.
Hotel location is great, and there is plenty of parking. We originally booked a budget room, which has not been refurbished, and has no AC. This may not be a problem for much of the year, but in May, with a south facing room, it was unbearably hot. Initially there was no alternative, but when I asked what else that had during the night we were upgraded to a business room, for 10 Euros more. The newly refurbished business rooms are great, with AC. We decided to reduce the time we spent there as they did not have a business room for the second night. There was no problem with the refund.

Decent enough, room had been recently updated. Still a tad expensive though. Bar area needs a bit of updating too to be honest. Handy parking for cars. Bit of a walk to the beach. Staff friendly.

Spent some time in Liepaja for a short vacation. This hotel is very nice. Nothing fancy, but a great value! Breakfast has a good selection and rooms are neat and clean.

Our room was very small, did not have air conditioning. The only way to cool the room was opening the window that faced the busy and noisy street. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

Great Service and Breakfast
The staff was very friendly and made things easy for us. The breakfast buffet was probably the best I've had at any hotel in Latvia, which counts for a lot in my book! The room was very nice with a very clean, new bathroom. The only negative was that our stay occurred during one of the hottest days of the year, and there was no fan or cooling in our room, so we kept our room door open for a few hours to help it cool down.

The hotel was o.k. but nothing special. The room was adequate. The service was friendly. The self-parking area was ample and convenient. The breakfast array was adequate but nothing special. In the North American context, one would characterize the Amritsa as a typical chain hotel.

Nice hotel in Liepaja
Hotel was on main street in Liepaja. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. Hotel was clean and neat. Room was fairly basic, but perfectly fine. Ate at restaurant for dinner and it was good. Great value for the price.

Nice clean quite hotel with helpful staff
We stayed for one night at the Hotel Europa City Amrita, the hotel was centrally located near the waterfront and adjacent to the old town on the other side of the bridge. It was pleasantly clean, had enough outlets for us to recharge our cell phones and cameras. It is not a cutting edge new hotel, but is clean and orderly, you get a bit of street noise if you sleep with your windows open. They provided us with a covered secure storage area for our bicycles to be locked up for the evening. They have an attached restuarant which looked reasonable and we ate an excelelent breakfast there in the morning but went elsewhere for our dinner.

Decent hotel in Liepaja
Amrita hotel was perfectly fine. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was basic, but fine. Hotel restaurant was very good. Trams going by outside are bit noisey if you are a light sleeper (I am not), but I suppose you could ask for a room facing the rear, if needed.
