Barely ok.
Cleanliness and services were ok. Amenities a bit less due to lack of storage place in the room and not enough clothing hangers. Wet towels compete with coats for space! The ventilation noise is a problem, too loud for a good night sleep! Free parking is the good thing!

Great cheap hotel to lay your head
We use this hotel as our base when in liege due to the cost. We are a team of 15 people usually & although this hotel is not somewhere to stay If you want luxury, it is good for somewhere to lay your head. Most rooms are triples & the cost is low. There are lovely restaurants close by one across the road and one around the back of the hotel which we love to visit. We don't get breakfast at the hotel as it is just a croissant and a drink but there is a supermarket/shopping centre 5 minutes walk where we go for breakfast in a cafe & there is a McDonald's around the back (need to drive about 2 minutes) so we have no issues there. There is a free water refill station also. Can't really fault the hotel because it is so cheap & the staff are good.

Very bad service
The hotel receptionist gave me three times wrong room, the third time when the receptionist gave us correct room the temperature of the room was cold that I got sick.

The location is great. The service friendly. The room clean and basic. Television subpar as there is no news, no English channels and some channels have poor picture quality ... fuzzy and intermittent. But WORSE THING IS THE SMELL OF CIGARETTE SMOKE THAT WOKE ME UP DURING THE NIGHT! I had open the window to keep the smoke odor from keeping me up. I’m not sure the low price is worth the smell of cigarettes invading the room and disturbing the otherwise peaceful stay.

Conveniently Placed for the Motorway
The hotel is very conveniently situation 2 minutes from the motorway. The facilities were much as anticipated although a little extra cleaning in the bedroom could have been done. Bathroom very clean. I think my room was actually for the disabled and had a button to press for help. This is very badly located hidden behind one of the pillows that meant that I pressed it by mistake! The staff knocked at the door almost immediately as is required to check that I was OK.

Simple but adequate
It was an overnight stay on the way to Germany. The hotel is conveniently located just off the highway E40. There are two restaurants really close by. The breakfast was good and adequate. It offered just what we needed at a good price.

Average overnight stay
Generally this was a typical Ibis budget hotel but there were one or two areas which were disappointing. Firstly the receptionist was a little sharp in his manner and secondly the public areas of the hotel were not as clean as they could be. We also had problems with the lighting in our room but nothing we could not put up with for a night. Our disappointment was tempered by the helpful and efficient young man on breakfast duty that day.

As a stopover on route from Munich to Dunkirk this was a very well located hotel, easy to access off the main road, despite a diversion due to roadworks. The room was perfectly adequate for our requirements, clean and comfortable. Only 2 Powerpoints, 1 of them by the sink and none beside the bed would be my only criticism.

Basic place to sleep by the motorway - very convenient, rooms clean and modern but no luxury, bathroom fine. Good value- my room cost £46. A few decent places to eat supper 5 mins away by car. Breakfast average but acceptable.

It was pretty far out of town, hard to find and very, very basic. I would rate it adequate. Less than priceworthy. The bed was a bit less than a double and pretty hard. Parking was good but the hotel is in an industrial part of town and not convenient to anything.

Worth an overnight stop
It's a budget hotel near the Autoroute in an industrial area to the north of Liege. The rooms were surprisingly good, no carpets but very comfortable. The staff, especially Florence, were both friendly and helpful, recommending a very good local restaurant and arranging a taxi to and from.

Great value for money.
Exactly what we had hoped for in a budget hotel. Cheap and cheerful, whilst still clean and modern. We arrived late a night after visiting disneyland with our 5 yr old. checking in was nice and smooth and we had been given a larger, disabled room which our daughter was impressed with as she had lots of room to run about and play in the wet room, she also loved her extra large bunk bed! We will use this place again on our next trip as it was so easy to get to and good value for money.
