Short Break in Liege
Very close to the railway station for travellers. Whilst it was busy outside the hotel it was still quiet in the room allowing a good nights sleep.

Great hotel
Lovely hotel, right opposite main train station. Very clean but bathroom could be with being updated.

The location is handy and the staff was helpful. Breakfast buffet was good. The rooms are not great though and our room even had items left in it from the previous guest (drink bottles and such) which didn’t give us any confidence that the room was well cleaned.

Great Train Station Location
The location is perfect- if you want to use this place as (less than an hour into Brussels location) as I did. The room was good but a little tired... I would still recommend it as it had air conditioning - which makes sleeping much better in the summer. The breakfast was good and there were small shops for food and restaurants around as well.

Ok but beware the reception curfew!!!
It's a basic hotel very convenient for the station. However they don't have a 24hr reception so when I arrived back at the hotel there was no way of getting in. The card reader didn't work. Nor did the buzzer. It was only because I saw a cleaner inside that I was able to get in. This is wholly unsatisfactory

Excellent 5 star service on a budget.
I had a late check in and the staff were excellent. They advised me where to park. Checked me in offered me some refreshments and helped me with my luggage.

Disappointing
Service was not that special and the room was not that clean. The pictures on the website do not correspond to what the room looked like! The room was very old and again not spot on!

The hotel is good for solo travel. Small room but clean with decent shower and reasonably comfortable bed. Fair price. That’s all I want. Biggest draw for me was proximity to Guillemins train station.

Amazingly helpful staff. We’ve arrived in the middle of the night and the reception should have been closed (unfortunately we hadn’t been informed about the new post COVID working hours), but a super helpful receptionist was there to let us in, check in was super quick and we were in our family room (2 single and 1 double bed) in no time. Very clean room with comfy bed. Tasty breakfast. The hotel doesn’t have its own car park but offers parking spaces at a secure public car park nearby (2 min walk) at discounted rate.

Found the hotel to be so well situated and with such great staff. Wouldnt hesitate to stay there again and tell my friends the same.

Good, convenient hotel near Liege train station.
Standard hotel, very clean and conveniently next to the train station (and the most excellent friterie Concordia). Reasonably priced. Used to be a Best Western.

The hotel have refused to give me a refund when I couldn't attend my booking! I called the hotel regarding a refund but the staff couldn't understand me; they said "Send us an email", WHICH I DID! They never replied back to me! I WANT MY REFUND!

Hotel is stuck in time warp, use to be Best Western and looks like decor hasnt changed since 1980s. Location is ideal but hotel needs to update including the breakfast as nearly as old as decor.

I gave the person working the reception desk the confirmation number. He said they didn’t have the reservation that I paid for. He gladly booked me in a different, cheaper room. So I got double charged. They caught it when I checked out and refunded me for the cheaper room....not the room I booked through Expedia. In the end I ended up paying more for the smaller room, and not getting the room I originally reserved.

The hotel was clean and well situated The receptionist was very efficient,friendly and and helpful. A suggestion - the wash basin only has hot water - perhaps a cold water tap for drinking would be great.

Very convenient
Right next to the railway station, so definitely a plus if you want to just hop on and off the train to visit other nearby cities. The receptionist was very helpful with local insights and the room had a good size.
