“Hotel liegt direkt an der Maas”

Dieses Hotel liegt direkt an der Maas. Es ist vom Bahnhof sowie von der Innenstadt in 20-25 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Meine Unternehmungen habe ich deshalb alle zu Fuß erledigt. In Lüttich gibt es "nur" ein öffentliches Bussystem, das ich aber nie benutzt habe. Mein Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig und ich hatte viel Platz. Im Bad fand ich etwas Schimmel. Der Preis war etwas hoch, weil ich sehr spät vor meinem Termin buchte, aber auch weil ich alleine wohnte. Zu zweit ist der Preis sicher ok. Was mich einerseits sehr störte, war das nicht im Preis inkludierte Frühstück (Extrakosten 16.- Euro/Tag!!!), das ich auch nicht in Anspruch genommen habe, da man in jedem Straßencafe wunderbar und billig frühstücken kann. Andererseits störte mich auch der Extrapreis für das Internet (12.- Euro/Tag). Ich habe noch in keinem Hotel der Welt so einen Preis gesehen. Da ich an der UNI zu tun hatte, konnte ich glücklicheweise das dortige WIFI verwenden. Kollegen von mir, die früh genug gebucht hatten, fanden nebenbei ein viel billigeres und auch ordentliches Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe mit Gratis-Internet. Alles in allem würde deswegen ich dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen, obwohl die Austattung und die Lage ok sind.

Area recommendations
Im Umkreis von Lüttich liegen sehr viele schöne Orte und Gegenden. Köln und Brüssel, aber auch Paris sind mit dem Zug in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Zur Anreise würde ich den Flug nach Köln bzw. Brüssel vorschlagen. Von dort ist Lüttich sehr bequem mit dem Zügen "Thalis" oder "ICE" zu erreichen.
