"Our room to sea in 90 seconds, staff are amazing"
We had a room with a direct sea/beach view, we were in the sea from our room in 90 seconds. It was an amazing hotel with exceptional staff, nothing was to much trouble including them going to the shop for cigarettes for us as the shop wasn't within walking distance and the hotel manager taking us and offering to pick us up from a spa which was a good few miles away from the hotel. The beach was quite untidy, it had litter along parts of the sand and the surrounding area outside of the resort wasn't a place you could go for a walk in but the hotel it looked like an eyesore however we were told that the abandoned buildings opposite the resort had recently been brought by them and they are planning to turn it in to a few shops. The staff were so accommodating we didn't feel the need to leave the resort other than once to go to a spa. The food is ok but not for fussy eaters, you are limited at what you can eat in the hotel restaurant and the pool snack bar and there are also no menus so it was sometimes difficult trying to explain what you wanted as a select few spoke English, this didn't stop any of the staff trying to help you and every single person we meet here and outside the resort we really nice and very friendly.
