The wall paper in the bathroom was peeling. There was black mold growing on the ceiling of the bathroom. The exhaust fan did not work in the bathroom. The shower screamed when the water was turned on…

Perfect for one night. We had a good night of sleep before getting back on the road. It was dog friendly with an easy exit to go outside to take my dog out, and the staff was super friendly!

When we walked in the desk clerk said there was not a reservation for us. Apparently, Expedia never sent them the reservation. The gentleman, Victor, put us in a room at the Expedia price. He even talked with their customer service 2 or 3 times before I told Expedia to refund me. The room was nice. Mostly, quiet. There was some construction in front of the hotel that made getting around to places tricky. Otherwise a great location for the price.

We arrived at 3am, and the manager on duty was SO KIND and held our room for us. The charge for our dog was only $15. The rooms DO have carpet, so taking your pet out on schedule is important. The room had a fridge and microwave too, which was so nice. Tiny coffee pot too. Tub and sink did not drain well, but otherwise, it was perfectly fine. If you have a bad back, the beds are quite soft. Just FYI.

I liked the convenience of being near the highway. We got to the property and checked in. The lady at the desk saw that we made a reservation online and she couldn't get the 3rd party (Expedia) card inputted correctly. It took us 45 minutes to check in. We booked a 1st floor floor room and ended up on the second fukuoka. The room sink and wasn't very clean. My husband felt like there were bugs crawling on him all night but got up and there were none to be seen. The need was uncomfortable. The food the next morning was very basic and edible,. I don't usually complain, but will never stay there again.

Great overnight stay! Great price. I appreciated the early check in time and late check out the next day. Hot breakfast was wonderful and lady at the front desk was awesome! (Wish I had more need to return!)

I appreciated Helen, the Front Desk Manager, she went up and above to complete her tasks. The hotel was booked because of a Christian concert held locally and she stayed the night to make sure all guests were checked in and comfortable.

TV remote didn't work , had a broken chair in our room , room smelled like smoke and it's non smoking, pillows were really poor, weeds all over, no elevator and my husband missed the last step and fell. Carpet on steps black and lighting poor.

For an 8/10 rating we were super disappointed at this location. We had things taped over in our room, the plug for the bathtub was pulled out and set on the side of the tub, cigarette burns in the comforter. There also isn’t an elevator to get to the second floor which wasn’t a big deal for us but could be for others. The room just felt dirty and we didn’t feel comfortable staying there. We also were charged for our room twice more after already paying for it through Expedia and I had to go and work with the lady at the front desk to get it fixed. The lady was very nice but the facility just felt dirty. We didn’t end up staying the night we paid for. We left a couple hours after being there and continued our travels.
