Property was old and out of date. The mattress was bouncy with sagging in the middle. The pillows were tiny. The lightbulb on the desk light had burned out. The from desk attendant promptly brought me a replacement, which was the bright side of the visit. My room was an accessible room but the shower put water all over the rest of the bathroom floor. My daughter’s room had no hot water, morning or evening. In my room, the water was so hot it was basically scalding unless turned down a lot. Inadequate space in the dining area for breakfast goers.
It’s decent during the day but during the night things start to look sketchy. Have homeless people hanging out near the doors. And have a hustler Hollywood store right across the street which noticed alot of people coming in and out of the store that stayed in the hotel but rooms were decently clean and service was good as well.
I like breakfast and coffee.
I didn’t like that my room was paid for but I still had to provide another credit card. This was a business trip paid for by my company I should never have to provide more information or additional money.
The handicap door exiting the back of the building does not really work. When I tried to get my dates canceled, I called Expedia and they finally informed me that the person at the front desk was quick to give them their name. I went to the front desk when I had Expedia online and the female that I believe is named Shania where is very rude to me and unwilling to help. The older white male did call the room and apologize for her actions. I went to go get yogurt in the morning for breakfast and both days that I was there towards the end they were completely out. I understand possibly the first day, just that the second day it would seem that they would be able to have something stored to where it should be out and offered. Being that my mom is in a wheelchair the rooms were not very accommodating. Especially the bathroom .

Decent hotel for a quick stay while on the road as it is very near I-75 easy access. Staff was great, but the parking lot had no lighting until 3 hours after dark, and A/C unit in room was very loud.

Parking lot and signage remained dark well after sunset. When asked, they said that maintenance had not figured out the time change yet. The front of the through wall heater/AC was being held together with masking tape that fell off in the middle of the night with a loud bang. And their pet fee of $75 was outrageous and very uncompetitive.

Hotel is updated in decor and very clean .Shower in just ok and no exhaust fan so very basic,My only real con ..is the front desk very inhospitable desk clerk .Just rude for no reason ..on her phone and did not want to help me .

This isn’t the highest quality of Hampton Inn in which I have stayed. The floor was not that clean, and there was some wallpaper that needed mending, which took away from the expected standard.

My room wasn't handicap accessible i ask for a room with shower chair and i was told that there wasn't a handicap accessible room wasn't available they i ask for a shower chair and it wasn't available was told that the other hotel in the area may have some rooms that might have rooms thst are

Room looked old with unpleasant smell. This was the worst Hampton Inn we have ever stayed. I wondered what happened to the brand. Unlikely to stay in Hampton Inn in the future. Sorry.
