Nice stay and great staff
Could use an update , but it was clean , comforatble and quiet. The employees were great amd helped us out after we had a bit of a jam after checking out. They came thru for us big time!

Overall, a good spot for busy people. Excellent service at front desk. Room was a little subpar to have recently been remodeled. Desk chair was wonky and wanted to tip over, electrical outlet caused blinking lights, toilet ran water all night.

The floor should be completely swept. There was debris and dust under the headboard near where guests sre resting there heads.

I didn't like that there was leftover food and drink in the Mini Frig, and the toilet was slow to Flush. And quite a few of the TV channels did not work. Even after 2 calls to the Front Desk. Where they assurred me the TV Box had been reset and everything should work. We did like that it was the closet hotel ro our event, and was priced cheaply.

Very clean and quiet. Closest hotel to Kentucky Castle. Everyone was friendly. Pillows were a little lumpy and the tub didn’t drain well but I’ve had this happen at more expensive hotels. If you’re just wanting a place to sleep and bathe without the frills you will be very happy here

We needed a place close to the airport. We live two hours away so this was a convenient location to to spend the night before catching a flight. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, breakfast adequate, staff helpful, pillows a bit to think for my tastes. but OK.

Nice updates but bedding was dirty. Advertise breakfast 630 til 9 well doirs at the office were locked til 8 when they finally put coffee out nothing more. Coffee is not breakfast and 8am is not 6:30.

Upon arrival, we were given a dirty room. We were immediately moved to a clean one right next door but with much more explanation than needed. You get what you pay for. There were no batteries in the ceiling smoke detector and the first time we turned the water on it ran orange. They didn't clean our room on the 2nd day for unknown reasons. It was fine but I wouldn't stay again.

I am in a motel from hell. I booked last minute(Thursday). The sheets have holes, rips & the bedspread has burn marks from cigarettes in a non smoking room. The next day I asked for new sheets for the bed & they handed me them, never offering to put them on. He said it was too late for that today!

If you are looking for semen coated bedding and furniture this is your spot. Not only was every bodily fluid imaginable present on all fabric in the room, but we topped everything off with killing a cockroach. Please see my photos

Pool was not open. The outside appearance is underwhelming. Simple. But the inside of the room.....HUGE, spacious, and immaculate!!!! I will definitely stay there again!!!

Pool closed. Wifi questionable. Room 104 was completely remodeled. It was large and comfortable. The pool is closed and they have no plans to open it. WiFi was unusable in room 104. Manager declined to move us to a different room. We left early.

We had the "handicapped" room & it had some updates. Could have been a bit cleaner but we were concerned about people who appeared to be living at this motel. Kind of sketchy. The desk clerk was super nice & helpful. Says free wi-fi but could not even load Facebook on my laptop.

Pitiful!
Booked this place for one night. Thank God it wasn't longer. There were holes in the bedding, (tears and cigarette burns) the ac unit was in bad shape and didn't work properly, the bath mat was very dirty and most of the towels had stains. The baseboards were caked with dirt...They boasted a recent renovation, but it was shoddy at best. There were new marble tiles in the bathroom, but after installation, they were not cleaned. As I showered, bits of grout washed off of them. The bathroom floor also had new tiles, but it was either not cleaned or the person who laid them was very sloppy. The continental breakfast was ok, but the pastries were very cheap and when I asked for more, I was treated with disdain. How dare I ask for enough food to feed my children! The owners are either in a bad financial way or are just cheap. Even the little envelope holding the key was previously used. One last thing, don't check in expecting wifi. The signal was so poor that I couldn't even check social media.

Unique? I guess it's hard to find a place this FILTHY! The bedding has been used and NOT WASHED for what seems pay by the hour activities... The door does not lock, no deadbolt or handle lock. The NONE SMOKING place is covered in mold, broken glass and cigarette dust. It's a complete DUMP! Staff say "you get what you get" when you complain about the unwashed sheets and lack of a lock. The place was infested with bedbugs!

Newly renovated property. This was an older motel that these owners have obviously put a lot of time and money into updating. It still isn’t the Ritz but then you aren’t paying those prices either. The room was clean and comfortable with a very kind bed, large fridge and TV, plenty of storage and floor space, what more could you want.
