The television never worked. The sitting tables to eat were dirty and had dried blood stains on them. The pens were stolen out of my room. I will never do business with in town suites again.

This property was very dirty, had bugs in the room and the staff are very rude and not very helpful. I wouldn't stay here again even if it was free.

Great stay low cost
I was perfectly comfortable there. Some people might not like it the service was sparse and the place could use an upgrade but it was quiet,comfortable and perfectly adequate for what I need. Clean and no bugs. The price was great.

It was alright but for some reason I could not pay ahead of time ? I asked the hotel clerk why and she said Hotels.com stopped doing that way . So I did not receive points for my free night stay . I booked a room after at Studio 6 in Plano and was able to pay ahead of time and receive points for free night . The Studio 6 is my fave anyway

Enjoyed my stay.
This was a great room for the price. Clean, and quiet with friendly service. Nice to have the fridge and microwave. I would stay here again.

Hotel was okay except for the lack of no freaking coffee maker !! and no utensils,, no pots or pans but you know you get what you paid for and I had people upstairs making sounds like they were freaking elephants and I called the night manager ,,he says he'd talk to then..the night manager he did absolutely nothing about it said he'd take care of it or talk to him whatever,, but whatever .. but other than that the room cleaner was wonderful and it was okay .. it was only 10 minutes for my destination so I'll give it up three and a half out of 5

I'd never stayed at an Extended Stay hotel before, so I wasn't aware that house cleaning is only once a week. That actually was perfectly fine, luckily I had no reason to go out and purchase my own supplies (toilet paper, towels) as what was supplied did last the one week I stayed. Room was fine; bed, TV, table, kitchen (larger than most hotels). Two restaurants next door, walking distance to two malls.
