The bathroom set up was very poorly designed. NO counter space. There was no complimentary coffee or tea in the lobby. Food was ordered from the bistro. And we were charged $8 per day for surface parking. All of the other dozen or so hotels around the Courtyard do not charge for surface parking. Very disappointed. I will book the other surrounding hotels next time.

Housekeeping needs to vacuum under the couch cushion. We used the pull out sofa on this trip and it was covered in crumbs. Otherwise my work prefers this hotel for training trips and have always been pleased

Staff remembered me after my first visit. Everyone is kind and courteous. This property is my top choice for hotel when sending staff to Dallas for training.
