"Was disappointed in service of room. Not attended to until 5th day of stay. Had to ask front desk for soap, towels and trash bags to empty trash from room. Shared info with front desk and was told hotel is busy and many tourists. Not an appropriate response. I'm a tourist from another country and paid for my stay. Disappointed. Hope it doesn't happen to other guests."
