“Excellent hotel, maybe wrong place”

Excellent hotel, very clean and modern rooms. 4-stars, but would say close to 5. Nice beds, quiet room, excellent shower, nice decor. For tourism in Quebec City, maybe it's not the best option, since you might need to get the ferry or add 30minutes road to get to Old Quebec. If this extra travel is not an issue, it's a great option. Not many options to eat around the hotel (but they have a restaurant). Overall one of the best hotels I've stayied in Quebec.

Area recommendations

Quebec City is an amazing city! I never get tired of visiting this beautiful city and people. Old City and the port are great.

Summer or Fall, unless you like extreme cold.

Family-friendly activities

Don`t miss the Centre d'interpretation de place royale... on the lower level you have a place to get dressed with old costumes and play with very old tools... very interesting and nice pictures to be taken.

Events and shows

Don't miss the 3-D projection on Bunge's mill (Moulin à image) that tells the history about Quebec.

Affordable place 20 minutes from QC city (well located) Small city but there was a few surrounding restaurants to choose from. Very nice lay out ant staff :)

“Good value for the money”

The hotel is of great value, but the location is not ideal if you plan to visit old Quebec. However, if you plan to visit the city by car, then this is not a concern. In fact, the 30 min drive to the old Quebec (along the river) is quite enjoyable.

Must see

The Montmorency Falls just outside of Quebec city is a good place for a side-trip (a few hours). The steps from the parking lot to the top of the falls seem difficult at first look, but are not too bad once you start. So, instead of taking the cable car, walk up!

“new nice luxury hotel”

i would compare to any 4 star in many cities...very nice. and if you are planning a conference it is fully equipped with adjoining conference centre.

“Excellent hotel”

We only stayed for one night on our way home to Toronto but we were very impressed with this hotel. It is very modern and clean. The room was very spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was fantastic--lots of delicious options for reasonable prices. Would definitely stay there again.

“Great alternative to staying in small inns in Quebec City”

The hotel was excellent - one of the largest room and bathroom than I've seen in a hotel, with a very clean and modern look. It's located about a 5 min drive from the ferry to Quebec, and the neighbourhood feels new and safe. There is free parking in an open lot, or a $12 per night underground lot if you don't want to walk 5 mins to your car. The restaurant 'Cosmos' was the icing on the cake - we had the Sunday brunch, which was some of the best food we've had for the price. There is a nice mall nearby, which was a bonus. The staff was bilingual and very helpful as well. Great value for the money!

“Will stay in the same hotel”

It was a good choice. The comfort and cleanliness was very good. It was worth the price I paid for it via Expedia. Thanks to both Expedia and the staff at 4 Points Sheraton , Levis Will definitely recommend it to friends

“Wonderful Stay”

We had a wonderful stay at this Sheraton. Although we were en route to the East Coast and didn't have much time, we took advantage of the ferry to Old Quebec. Would definitely stay here again!

“Excellent for the price”

Rooms were large and clean. Bathroom was spacious and modern. What lacks is the Continental Breakfast, microwave, refrigerator. Missing: Coffee makes was providing only ONE pack of black-tea packet. I had to request more. They did not replace used towel next day. I had to request new set. Other than that, this is very good hotel.

Traveller's tip

Not far from Old Quebec City by ferry. Just take your car to ferry station and take a ferry ride with your car. Not expensive. OLD city is nice. And watch FREE documentary on 300 meter wide screen in open area. Check the schedule before you plan the trip.
