I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. There was always someone available to speak english, fortunately, since my spanish is poor.
The room was spacious. The linens were clean, crisp white- with no spots or questionable stains. The towels were plush and plentiful.
The food was delicious, although there are a multitude of eateries within walking distance. The food prices were a little high, but the convenience and quality were worth the price a few times. Usually I ate elsewhere, or bought supplies and prepared food in my microwave in my room.
My room refrigerator stopped working shortly after my arrival. When I called to report it, a service person was there to investigate the problem within the hour. As he could not repair immediately he replaced the unit all within the hour.
I had a problem with one of the 2 televisions. Again, repaired soon after I reported it.
I personally like the fact that the bedroom is separated from the kitchenette/living room. I have read some reviews where people thought it odd. I have family in to visit and appreciated the ability to close the bedroom door.
The exercise room was locked the only time I tried to go there. I enjoyed the pool and the kiddie pool was available also. If I had to find a complaint, it would be that I would like a private hallway to the elevator to return to room after swimming. Although there is a restroom/changing room just inside the door by the pool area.
