It was a short walk to Waverley train station, Edinburgh bus station, and the Royal Mike. And the hop on-hop off buses were right outside if you wanted to take a tour. "

"Our stay at the Ocean Mist was the delicious cherry on top of our fantastic stay in Edinburgh. Our room was clean, comfortable and decked out with everything we needed to decompress after a long day of exploring. We took advantage of the continental breakfast which was included in our stay, with a good selection of breads (the cheese and bacon bread was a firm favourite), pastries, cereal, cold meats and fresh fruit. And teas, coffee and fruit juice. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and were always happy to help with any questions we had. Leith is a lovely, quiet area tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Edinburgh’s centre, it is just a short tram ride away from princes street. There are lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops as well as quirky shops in Leith. We were originally going to stay in a hotel in Edinburgh centre but by chance found the Ocean Mist instead. And I’m so happy we did. There is not one thing I would change about the lovely hotel and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who is considering staying here."
