“Great Hotel”
If I ever go back to Leicester I will definitely stay here. It was great value for money and the staff were all extremely helpful
“Good Hotel”
Good hotel all round. The only thing I would improve woudl be they need to provide free Wifi - they are a bit behind the times with that especiallas there are a lot of business people staying.

The room was a double, double guest which was more than adequate for 2 adults & 2 children. The staff were excellent, helpful & nothing was a bother. Breakfasts were fantastic, I have never eaten eggs like it. More than enough selection for our 2 fussy kids. We will be going back.

Good hotel, friendly service, and a very nice (big) room. No complaints at all. I'm likely to go back next year, and will definitely stay there again.
“worth it for a cheap, quick stopover”
room was big but bathroom in need of updating. we got a cheap room rate so it was fine for a night on the way back to london. wouldn't stay longer term- not up to usual hilton standard. conveniently right by the M1 but finding the entrance off the slip road was challenging (take the left!)
“location and car park charges and breakfast”
The hotel is quite comfortable, good staff, very good gym. The location is good access from M1 (J21), but a bit of a pain to get into Leicester. As a "motorway" hotel they charge 5.00 pounds per day for car park (multiple entry/exit), so their bean counter has done his homework properly, while forgetting customer good will. If this was free the stay would have earned more satisfaction points! Expedia customers have to stress that breakfast is part of the deal, as we were not on the list, but not too much of an issue, as the breakfast guide rectified this with a simple call to reception.
