"Highly recommended- modern hotel with friendly sta"
Very modern and clea hotel. Friendly staff who were always willing to help. The hotel is a little out of the tourist hub however we found this advantageous as it was quieter, no hawkers, and friendly locals. The hotel did an hourly drop off into Kuta and a taxi back was approx $1. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! Highly recommend the day spa also. When we stayed there were not many kids so this place is ideal for couples who dont want to hear screaming kids and be splashed in the pool.
"“Value for money... we had a wonderful vacation!!”"
After reading a lot of reviews on the Jayakarta I was pleasantly surprised from the get go. Reception were friendly and helpful, our bags were taken immediately to our room where we were shown around and had all queries answered. The rooms are old and don't have open windows, door fly-wire or ceiling fans, however the air-con works efficiently as does the fridge. The queen bed was super comfy, pillows the best I've ever had and the sheets were crisp and clean, with plenty of bathroom towels and complimentary water.
Our room seemed quite safe and secure, however as there are no room safes I took my own personal safe (google "Pacsafe" anti-theft travel bags & security products) to store my laptop, iPad, passports, cash etc, and strapped it to the bathroom sink!
Our first afternoon was memorable with the setup of a beautiful wedding, so my first impression was awesome. The pools are clean, the gardens are gorgeous, and the massages are to die for (thank you Krisna). The breakfasts were wonderful and the choice was amazing. We were there for two weeks over the school holidays, and it wasn't half as crowded as I was expecting... although, for some reason we seemed to wake early and left our rooms at 7am most days.
My daughter had her hair braided the moment we arrived (AUD$20), had her finger/toe nails painted with flowers (AUD$5) and loved the massages (AUD$15 1hr & AUD$7.50 half hour). We'll definitely return in 2015.

Fantastic hotel/resort. Superb facilities and staff, great location, in walking distance to everything but also gardens and beach surrounds suitable to have a peaceful and secluded break. Would highly recommend

We only had two and a half days in Bali so unfortunately did not spend much time at this resort. A real shame as we travelled so far to a place which was so great. The open planned reception/dining area/bar was really nice, also the hotel/resort backs right on to the beach. The landscaped gardens within the resort was beautiful to see. Bali as a whole is a great country with lots to see and do. There is a lot of history there and breathtaking views to see.
We stayed at this hotel to attend a friends wedding. Location was convenient to the beach, shopping and local restaurants.. The actual wedding and the service that was provided was faultless, with every detail attended to. In all my years of travel, I have never experienced such friendly and attentive staff.
Every staff member, from Manager to Gardener always greeted us with a friendly smile and hello.

Great hotel with outstanding staff. The place had everything we needed and allowed us to have a relaxing week in Bali. The staff were always on hand to help and always greeted you with a smile and hello. Central to everything but tucked back far enough that you don't hear all the noise.
We stayed 10 nights recently in a pool view room. We found the hotel relaxing and adequate with friendly staff and management even though some of the pool view rooms are a little older, they are kept clean and are suitable for a couple.
