Hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed in in Europe. Extremely unique, and the shower is sure to cause some embarassing moments! (In a good way!:) ) It is a small room (we stayed in the Absolute Levitation room) but it's well thought out and isn't too cramped... you can put your bags under the bed and have plenty of room. We didn't realize until our second day that we actually had a balcony, and we thought it was absolutely fantastic to be able to have a sip of Nespresso (yes, they have Nespresso machines in the room!) while on the balcony. Truly marvelous. The bed was extremely comfortable, although the pillows could have been better. The hotel is about a 5 min taxi ride from the "Denfert-Rochereau" train station and a 7-10 minute walk from a Metro (which ironically is next to a Subway restaurant.) The staff are extremely helpful and made our stay that much more enjoyable. They deserve cookies! I would definitely stay at this hotel, and I think it is absolutely perfect for a couple. Especially couples who are open to new experiences and want to try something out of the ordinary. This hotel will make your stay that much more enjoyable.

What a charming hotel. Our whole experience was a delight from beginning to end. We especially enjoyed breakfast in the parlour, not cheap, but worth every cent. We will definitely be staying here again. We were sad to leave at the end of our stay. The staff were a joy as was our whole experience. 10 out of 10

We enjoyed the location because it was easy to walk to restaurants and sights. The staff is very attentive...they made great restaurant recommendations. Suggestions for improvement: better staff the cute, downstairs bar, and improve food and value of breakfast buffet. Rooms are small, but perfectly adequate size. Bathroom in my room was updated...good water pressure, skylight.

Its in a beautiful location, by the Sorbonne University and Luxembourg Gardens, which was a treat! Morning runs and walks in the garden, one day I packed some food and ate breakfast in the glorious sun. Probably one of the safest areas in Paris.
Hotel itself was charming, comfortable bed, great storage and the MAC is a really useful addition to the room. Very clean, and quiet location, which made it a pleasure to stay in. Staff were lovely, really helpful and friendly.

We enjoined out stay in Le Marquis Eiffel for a week. Very nice hotel. Rooms are small but clean and cozy. Staff is exceptionally friendly. They will help you with directions to most popular Paris attractions, restaurants. Hotel is 10 minutes walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. There are many small cute restaurants near by. And metro station is 5 min away. There is very cute little bakery in the corner which has amazing pastry and crepes.
The staff was wonderful. They were very personable and tried to be helpful in any way they could. The room was cute and comfortable and had typical amenities for a downtown Paris hotel at this price. It was convenient to several Metro lines and the RER as well as numerous restaurants, shops and attractions. I would stay there again.

This hotel is located in a great location so we could walk or bike everywhere. The front desk staff was quite helpful in planning our adventures. Room was small but the Wi-Fi worked great and the air conditioning really worked well. I would stay there again and recommend the I hotel to fiends.
My husband and I stayed here during our honeymoon. The staffs were really helpful and the location was near a metro station and the Eiffel Tower! The room was clean and modern. Only wish the bathroom was a bit bigger. Will def stay here again in the future.
Cannot fault the Observatoire Luxembourg. Mustaffa (on reception) was not only friendly and helpful but gave a real personal service. Great attention to detail (for someone who's very keen on good customer service) ensuring he remembered our first names. This kind of thing goes a long way with me.
Beds were comfy, rooms were modern and clean.
Location was ideal, a fairly short walk to Notre Dame and Rue de Saint Germaine. Good to be over this side of town for a change.
Would highly recommend Observatoire Luxembourg.
