I had a problem with the AC in my room, and the manager came and helped me move my belongings. The convenience to the Metro is wonderful and there are lots of good options for dining. "This was a wonderful hotel, definitely worth the price! The concierge was so helpful, especially Edwin. He gave us a wonderful list of dining options in the area and even made us a restaurant at a little restaurant across the Seine from the Notre Dame. The area is very safe and walkable, within comfortable walking distance to the Notre Dame and the Louvre."
