The staff at the rental agency were very professional and competent, though their location is quite a distance from the apartment. We arrived earlier than the nominal check-in time but the apartment was ready so we were able to move in immediately. The "Museum View" from our window looked down at a skeleton of an Ostrich in the Museum across the road. Very cool.
The 5 Texas ladies so enjoyed the quaint little hotel with the beautiful window boxes. The rooms were clean and well prepared, the renovations seem to be going quite well. The breakfast was also very tasty with a variety of fresh breads, fruits and sweets.
We also appreciated the time the hotel staff spent with us on directions, places to eat and where to shop. They were all extremely helpful. We would all love to return!
A wonderful way to visit Paris, so much better than a hotel room. Nice Market and and bakery just around the corner. Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights. The owner was very prompt on any issue. If we are lucky enough to visit again, we would stay here again.

Like another reviewer, I hesitate to give this residence a good rating because I don't want to reveal its secret. You must be ready for an independent stay, because the staff is only there sporadically, but that was absolutely fine with us. When they were there, they were helpful and friendly. Very very small elevator, but there IS one, and we were grateful since our room was on the 5th floor (6th in US). Fernando the cleaning guy was friendly and helpful, also, but only comes when someone is leaving.
There is no better location if you love the Latin Quarter....really.
There are only 11 rooms, but a variety of sizes, from a large family room to our very small, but perfectly appointed studio overlooking the rooftops of Paris.
We'll be back....and hopefully they will have room for us.

Clean, well equipped apart hotel. In a quiet location near to the tram and M stations. Direct access via Didot Tram stop to Cite Universite station for RER to Airport.
Brilliantly helpful and very informative staff that couldn't help enough !
Will definitely stay again if in Paris. Reasonably priced for a weeks stay too 😊
The young lady who met us at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. We found lovely chocolates in our room, and a useful list of restaurants , shops and attractions. We have stayed in the Villa D'Estrees part of the hotel last year, which is why we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. It is very convenient for the train to CDG , and most places people want to visit are in walking distance, which is much nicer than using the metro, once you get a sense of direction. The rooms are very spacious , and the area is a favourite part of Paris, great in the evenings.
This is a small 3rd story walk up apartment that looks into a typical Parisian court and therefore has a bit of charm. Dwellers are respectful and quiet and in fact, it was very quiet for sleeping. The location was excellent - right in the center Paris on the left bank near the Pont Neuf. Easy walk to major museums, St Germain, Luxembourg Gardens, the Metro and the suburban trains serving both airports and Versailles.
The kitchen and the bathroom were orderly and everything worked, but they had been renovated in an amateurish way. The tub is very awkward and would be impossible for an elderly person or small children. No wall mounted shower, just a telephone-style faucet.
Kitchen is adequate for drinks and light cooking.
The furnishings were random and unattractive. there were three light stools and two beds but no comfortable chairs. There was a small TV that had been disconnected. There was Wi Fi access.
I stayed for one week alone and it was fine overall for me.

Our family (2 adults and 2 children) had a very nice stay in the Quartier Latin Apartment. Apartment is well maintained and very clean. Not spacious by any means, but large enough for the four of us. Best of all is the location. Couple of hundred yards/meters from the Saint Michel Metro station making it very easy to come back and take a rest in the middle of the day.
The apartment owner/manager was very easy to work with. A few examples; Our arrival into Paris was delayed due to train strike, but she answered her phone on the first try and we were able to arrange a new meeting time and she was there on-time. We were short a couple of towels, but again she was easy to get in touch with and additional towels were delivered the next morning. And finally, having to pay with cash is a bit of a pain, but she worked with us and allowed us split up the payments so we could withdraw cash from local ATM machines (total exceeded daily withdrawal limits) and not have to worry about bringing a big wad of cash with us.
A few other comments:
- Location is great, but apartment does overlook a busy street, so there is street noise at night and early in the morning from delivery trucks. It didn't bother us because we were exhausted each night, but if you are a light sleeper you probably want to look elsewhere.
- Wifi worked great. All four us could connect our devices simultaneously.
- Great grocery store located next door.
- Bathroom small but plenty of hot water.

We needed a place for my family of five with 3 children, and this was perfect. We had the top floor of the apartment which had pull out sofa and 2 bedrooms accessed by a metal spiral staircase. We were greeted at arrival and made sure we were settled and happy with the accommodations. Although check out time was 11, we were allowed to keep our bags in the building for the day while we toured around Paris!
