Very nice hotel, very nice surroundings and locating in an excellent area being only a 15 minute bus ride from Leeds City centre, the staff were very friendly and the room was of good quality for a standard room, also the breakfast was very good, we would definitely use this hotel again.
Having read other reviews about this hotel I booked with some trepidation. My fears were however completely unfounded. The room was of a good standard, Check in time took about three minutes, the staff were courteous and attentive and we were offered a room of our choice on the ground or first floor. It comes with its very own swimming pool (quite small admittedly) and a small gym with weights and rowing machines etc. If you want Four Star luxury and Westminster Shag Pile Carpets then this may not be the type of place you want but as a stop over close to the heart of Leeds it is excellent
Excellent hotel, the whole experience was great the staff were extremely helpful and efficient, the room was great. The location as we arrived by train was amazing 5 minutes across the road. the breakfast was fantastic anything and everything you could possibly want eggs cooked fresh, not stood under hot lamps. Bar staff great, reception staff great

It was my first visit and won't be my last. It will be my first choice when I visit Leeds from now on. I've stayed in a lotof hotels but it was my first time here. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The facilities great and the room clean, well laid out and the bed was extremely comfortable. I have no hesitation in reccomending te hotel to anyone.
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. I was travelling on business and can't fault this hotel, it was clean and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Very handy for the station too. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
The hotel was lovely, clean, nice rooms and accommodating staff. Great complimentary breakfast was offered. Would definately recommend. Each member of our party of 7 has said that they would like to return.
