The hotel is a bit outdated, but it was clean overall. The location is perfect for transportation and walking. Parking is included as well as breakfast, which was decent. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again!

Property location is within proximity of the city shopping centre and access to the historical sites, churches and abundance of cafes and restaurants. Very pleasant and safe.

Very outdated property. My fiancé woke up with bites from bugs that must have been in the bedroom. The staff knew that it was a hotel of poor quality

The hotel seems like it is going through a transition/reconstruction. Most pf the hotel seems to be quite rundown. Beyond that, the air conditioner did not work in our room. First they told us someone would come to take a look. Nobody came. After complaining again we were switched to another room just to find out that it was not working there either. The real problem seemed to be that there was a problem with the central A/C system. The staff knew this all along but were unable/unwilling to be transparent.

Large conference hotel at edge of city, about 10 mins walk to old town. First room offered to us was not suitable and when we contacted reception we were immediately swapped out. Bedroom was spacious, bathroom too a good size. Buffet breakfast had good choices

Modern hotel at edge of historic town center
Friendly check-in agent, also very helpful with any specific questions I had regarding parking and pool usage. Easy check-in and check-out procedures. Breakfast was a Corona-times adjusted served buffet with a choice of European and American breakfast items. The hotel is well located at the edge of the very nice old town of Lecce. All important historic sites are within walking distance. Free parking and WiFi. I'd stay there again on a future visit.

A day and night visit to Lecce and this was a perfect stay. A warm welcome from the receptionist and a swim in the good sized pool before heading in to town. The hotel was great. We had a hire car so the easy and convenient parking was really welcome. An easy 10 minute walk in to the old city. Felt completely safe walking back to hotel at night and the city is beautiful.

The common areas were nicely finished and the staff very helpful. The room was a little dated and could do with refurbishment but at least everything worked. An easy walk to the city centre (10-15 mins) or take one of the scooters/bikes from out the front of the building and head to town that way.

Good location if you use as a base to travel Southern Italy. Pool good. Poor breakfast produce, why offer tinned fruit. How can you run out of local bread? Breakfast service poor due to lack of staff. Breakfast run like a fast food eating house. Hotel focus's on conference guests

I stayed in this hotel 2 nights, the first one I had a nice room and it was alll great the second night I transferred to a cheaper room and I was very disappointed cause it was a 4 star hotel but the second room I stayed it was like a 1 star hotel; it had carpet and carpet was stained the washroom was very small. I feel I overpaid considering t it was a 4 star hotel.

1 visit is 1 too many
5th floor room. 4 lifts, 3 broken and we get stuck in the 4th when the doors won’t open. Large conference hotel , No sense that individual guests really matter. Staff not really interested. Not a relaxing experience and not one I’ll repeat

They would charge for basic things like pool use or water without even telling you. Old and dirty in general. Breakfast was nice.

You can tell this place used to be 4 star back in the early 2000s and has slowly deteriorated since. Our room stank of cigarette smoke and the staff were not helpful regarding this situation.

This hotel is dated but the service and cleanliness were first class. The breakfast was a large buffet and at dinner the chef would prepare anything he had the ingredients for. One of our party was ill so he prepared a delicious home made soup! Very well trained staff who were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is within 5 mins walk of the old town

Grand Hotel Tiziano - great value and location
I think I was upgraded and I had a very nice room with very large bathroom high quality and very clean. Breakfast facilities were a bit canteen like however the choice was large and the hotel is catering for volume of people. The pool area is a bit basic and my time there was spoilt by a student group who were using the facilities but were very loud, this was not a relaxing area. Location is 5 min walk into the centre of Lecce and with good parking. A well located hotel and good value.

Excellent quality hotel in perfect location
Classy and value for money hotel in perfect location. Staff were awesome And the Restaraunt staff eere proffesional welcoming Ald above standard. Hotel restaraunt dinning was excellent and value for money. i wouldn't hesitate to use this hotel again ams i reccomendit to anyone who prevers a little luxury worth all the amenities available.

nice hotel close to bus station and old town
i booked a standard room for 11 nights but unfortunately the wardrobe and drawer space was very limited. I asked reception if there were any rooms with extra space for our cloths and they upgraded us to a superior room at NO extra charge which was very good of them. A standard room is o good if you are stopping for awhile and have a bit of luggage but the superior room had lots of space, a bigger bathroom and a safe. the breakfast was ok but they ran out of stuff most mornings and didn't replenish very often.

Large impersonal convention hotel and you are handled in a business like efficient way and not good for tourists trying to sample the flavor of old Lecce. The breakfast was sub-par and horrible undrinkable coffee with canned fruit (to be expected))in a convention hotel.) !One coffee machine did not work. Do not recommend for tourists, business only. We came in an emergency place to stay .....never again!😞

Hotel is 20mins walk to town centre and opposite the bus terminal to/from the airport, has a buffet breakfast, gym, bar, massage facility, swimming pool and etc. Room is spacious, clean and with a view though internet connection varies on your room location. There are staff who are good and few not maybe because of language barrier but otherwise ok.

Late Break in September
Good break, well cared for at a large Conference Hotel. A walking distance from the old centre but accessible to Brindisi autostrade. Almost everything very good except for few comments below. Very busy with Conferences and sports teams, police sqauds and other large groups. Staff worked very hard to handle everything.

Very comfortable hotel, in terms of location and services provided. Kind and helpful staff who speak very good English. Excellent breakfast. Timeworn bathroom; it will need refurbishment soon.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the pool. It was so depressing being in that room they stuck me in, not at all like the pics online. I'm guessing I didn't get one of the upgraded rooms. To make matters worse the WiFi was horrible I was lucky whenever I did get signal. Wouldn't come back here.

Convenient if you have a car.
Lecce is a lovely city, with almost the whole of the old Baroque city centre as a pedestrianised zone. This hotel is on the ring road on the edge of the city centre - if you have a car it is very convenient, if you don't have a car it may be more characterful to stay in the old city centre. The city centre can be reached from the hoel on foot, in any case, in about 15 minutes.

Within walking distance from old town Lecce, but seriously understaffed, especially at the front desk where I had at least 10 people in front of me waiting to check in and only one receptionist handling the crowd. I observed similar situation throughout my stay. TV remote control is impossible to operate, if you park your car in the gated parking structure be prepared to walk to the front desk back and forth when you want to leave as one needs to buzz the receptionist to get the gate opened , and if they are busy they don't answer the intercom. Great breakfast thou.

Clearly a hotel that hasn't seen much love since the eighties. Dated furnishings and communal areas but remains clean and tidy. Bathrooms in need of remodelling in particular. Ok location with ample, albeit slightly chaotic (I.e. Italian), parking.

Enjoyable stay
The food was excellent and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable.and clean. The hotel is well located for access to the old town and for travel to the coast; the hotel parking was very useful But there were several leaks in the corridor and in our room and the lifts were jerky - it seemed as though maintenance needed considerable attention.
