“Good value in October”

This was a good value in early October at the peak of the aspens. Breakfast is only waffles and baked items.

“Good place to spend the night and very honest staff”

Very honest staff. I left my Nook ereader in the room and when I returned 2 days later, the woman at the desk gave it to me, after confirming my identity. That was a great example of a good hotel/motel

“Noisy”

I was disappointed upon arrival of this hotel. There were no elevators, pool, or hot tub. It was a long haul up 3 flights of stairs to our room. The room was pretty clean and the bed wasn't too bad. It was the noise that bothered us all 3 nights. You can hear everyone that goes down the hallway, goes to the bathroom in both neighboring rooms, and your upstairs neighbors. We could hear the televisions and conversations, which seemed to start at 5:30 AM most mornings. I would not recommend this hotel to others and I would not return.

“Nice and quiet place”

It is the second hotel I was in Leadville. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There is a big parking. The breakfast room is too small and I missed some vegetables or fruits in the morning. Against my window, in about three meters distance, there was an electricity pole that I did not like at all.

“Good value for area and close proximity to Ski Cooper”

Good customer service and ok location for Leadville. Price seemed high but within range of rates charged by other local hotels. Clean rooms, in-room coffee makers, good continental breakfast. Great customer service at front desk. Will probably stay here again on the next ski trip.

“Good Basic Motel”

Basic and clean. The only "chain" motel in town.

“Leadville Trip”

We knew that Super 8 hotels are not the quality of higher priced hotels, but we did expect it to be clean. We were tired after biking all day and were seating at the little table and chairs across from the bed when I noticed that there was considerable dust and debris under the bed. Then noticed that the bedspread was stained and tattered. I didn't even want to think about sleeping in that bed. So, we checked out and headed home.
