My wife & I have been to Le Touquet before & always enjoyed ourselves, but this was our first time staying at this particular hotel. The welcome we received was excellent and the attitude of the staff during our stay was delightful.
It's almost being rude to criticise, but if I had to complain about one thing, it's the en-suite! At 6'4" I found the w.c. too low for comfort, especially when combined with the bathroom door handle which, for some unknown reason, was set about 12" lower than normal. It was a delightful change from many hotels that the lighting in the bathroom was excellent (no complaints from my wife on her ability to do her makeup) but I would also suggest that, at some time, an extractor fan is fitted above the shower to reduce condensation.
However, as I said earlier, if this is the only complaint that I can make, I really am being extremely 'picky'!

The Red fox is in an ideal location for restaurants, bars and shops and only short walk to the beach.
I took family members for their first experience of Le Touquet and they loved it.
Excellent helpful courteous staff and a more than adequate breakfast available.
My 4th visit to the hotel and will use it again.

Having taken note of other reviewers' comments, we duly booked a Cosy room for two nights and were perfectly happy with the room. The Cosy rooms are, as others have noted, just that - cosy. But, they are ingeniously designed and, as long as you and your room-mate are very comfortable with each other, there really isn't a problem. If you are a bit sensitive about your bathroom habits, then perhaps book one of the bigger rooms. The rest of the hotel is stylish and elegant and, best of all, just a couple of minutes' walk from Le Touquet's lovely beach.
The staff in the hotel could not have been more helpful. They all spoke very good English, happily recommended restaurants, and were anxious to make sure our car was parked and a ticket purchased for its parking. We parked our car in the street next to the hotel for three days for about £10: seems a bargain to me.
We loved Le Touquet, and would happily stay at Hotel Victoria again.
Booked this hotel as a chance to relax after a hectic Christmas.
The hotel was clean and simple and the staff so helpful.
Breakfast was excellent.
An added bonus was how close le Touquet was which provided a wonderful evening with a lovely Christmas feel.
We had a very nice 3 night stay at this very central hotel which is very close to centre of le touquet. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Parking was easy but might be more difficult in high season.
We had a lovely room with large bathroom - very modern and clean.
No tea coffee making facilities in room which would have been nice. Friendly staff.
Would definitely return again.
We arrived late, the reception and front door of the hotel were closed.
Because we informed the hotel of our late arrival they e-mailed us the front door security code and instructed the room to go to. It worked just fine!
Breakfast was alright with essencials of a French petit dejuneur, you can eat as much as you feel like and it's good value.
Ikea furniture type everywhere, but it didn't bother us!
Le Touquet was first developed as a tourist resort on a remote stretch of Northern France's coastline in the late 19th century and reached its heyday in the 1920s when its long beaches and impressive casino became a playground for the rich and famous. Today's traveler will still find the same charm but adventure can also be had with horse-riding, golf, sailing and other watersports close to hand.
