“Charming en romantisch, strand in de buurt, verder niet veel te beleven”

Het hotel is rustig gelegen, direct aan het meer. De eigenaar heeft veel aandacht besteed aan het interieur; alles wit, mooie meubels, oog voor detail, tuin wordt prachtig bijgehouden, 's avonds branden er fakkels en kaarsen. Het diner in het restaurant van het hotel is erg goed. Rustige en aangename ambiance. De hotelmedewerkers blinken niet uit in service en vriendelijkheid, maar dat ligt mogelijk ook aan de beperkte kennis van de Engelse taal. Het kan erg warm zijn, dus heerlijk dat dit hotel airco heeft (niet standaard in deze regio). Het hotel ligt vlakbij de kustlijn met veel strandtenten (redelijk ver lopen, maar met de auto ben je er zo). Voor uitgaansplezier, drukte of gelegenheden gericht op toeristen, moet je hier niet zijn. Er komen met name Italianen en het is betrekkelijk saai allemaal. Nadeel van het hotel is dat er geen zwembad is (en in het meer kan ook niet worden gezwommen). Winkels zijn er niet, en nabij gelegen dorpen bieden wat dat betreft ook heel weinig. Rome en Napels op 1,5 uur rijden. Niet ingericht op kinderen. Geen fantastische internetverbinding.
