Beautiful setting, wonderful staff. Clean. delicious food. Thoroughly relaxing break. Sunbed hogging from very early morning but no one on them until very late morning. Water could be difficult to come by if no bars open. You could buy it in the shops but we were all inclusive so we shouldn’t have had to do that. Also water given in a plastic bottle, I felt, given the resorts eco status that a non disposable cup and water filter machines around the resort would have been better option. And water would then be available around the clock.

This property has so many scenic spots to relax or sit in the sun with the most beautiful landscaping and flowers. The service was first class. We treasured our stay and we were sad to leave. The breakfast buffet was a special treat with so many delicious options. It was the most beautiful resort and just a short ride to the center of Agios Nicholas.

Nice Hotel, garden and spacious suite with beautiful view. Great friendly staff. "Sand" beach is very small but was enough for us in April as the hotel was still quite empty. Mostly rock beach with platforms. Spa and gym close too early at 6.30pm.

This was our second visit to the property, which is the best evidence of a wonderful hotel that we would return. Both times, we spent 10 days there. The room was spacious and well-appointed. We had a private pool, which a number of rooms have. This was lovely for an early morning or late swim, but also for use during the day as we had a sun deck too. There are three restaurants, two bars (one at the beach, one in the hotel complex) so were never at a loss for food when we wanted to eat. We had half board, and the snacks in the bar restaurants always sufficed for a late lunch if we wanted it. The main restaurant had an incredible choice of food, and the special restaurants (one overlooking the ocean) were nice and at no extra charge for certain items on the menu (which were always enough for us to be very happy). The staff were universally helpful and spoke excellent English. By the end of our time, the waiters in the restaurants and bars knew our preferences, and made us feel at home. (Some had been there the year prior when we were there.) Overall, a place we will go back to again and again.

All inclusive is nice, but having to book 30 minutes at the gym through an app is ridiculous when you have 100 people sitting next to each other at the buffet. COVID rules are so ridiculous at this point.

This resort is absolutely stunning, the whole thing is well thought out, the beach is lovely even though there isn't actually your traditional sandy beach, it is great for snorkelling (we saw cuttlefish, eels and loads of fish). We loved that the suba shop was actually on the lot too. Water sports were very overpriced though so we didn't use that. The food and drink is very expensive within the hotel though if you aren't all inclusive, I think even if you are, there are still a lot of additional charges. The massages were a lovely experience, but again, expensive. Elounda, the nearest village is lovely, but the village along from there - Plaka is even better! Closer to Spinalonga as well if you want to visit for a day trip.

Great stay at Elounda Village
Excellent service and very quality and good selection of food and drink on the Premium All Inclusive Plan. Special mention to Mirabello! We had a small problem with the ladder into the private pool. We spoke to the staff and it was fixed in a couple of hours! Also it will work out expensive if you are not on the "all inclusive" rate Staff really friendly and nothing too much trouble. Only issues; its a long way from Elounda (4KM) and as usual some people love to "towel claim" sunbeds but that's not really something the hotel can control. All in all excellent

I can't say enough about this property and the staff. Everything was well beyond what we expected. From being greeted so kindly upon arrival, to the staff that explained the properties many amenities. One person that stood out and had an abundance of energy was Zoe, we participated in many events that she coordinated. The food never disappointed and we never were left hungry, many different options and one thing that you can't pass up is Greek night. Excellent variety of local foods and can't forget the Raki. We will definitely be back.

Disappointed with our stay here, and very rarely give bad reviews. Setting of the hotel is beautiful and facilities are good but we were disappointed with the service particularly from the reception staff who were confrontational when we had a misunderstanding about our transfer. It set out stay off negatively and we felt the general service and quality of food (particularly the buffet) was far from 5*. We weren’t informed how services in the hotel worked upon arrival and all this ruined what could have been a lovely stay

Beautiful spot but service and food doe not meet expectation of a 5 stars resort, no class. Mineral water should be free of charge no matter if you book all inclusive or not.

Lovely resort. We visited during the summer (2021) when travelling began again, and were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the resort was. The food buffets at breakfast and dinner provided lots of options and changed each day (we were there for 10 days, and never tired of it). The staff were very friendly and always helpful. We had a room with a private pool (we saw that there were many of these rooms in the resort), and this was so nice: the pool was clean (as was our room, which was cleaned each day). The bar was nice, both outside (where the view over the water was great) and inside (when we needed air-conditioning). We will return next year.

Not nearly what I was expecting
Was not impressed would the service. Multiple issues with communication about the resort leaving us missing out on opportunities and losing out on parts of our booking. I am not sure if there were so many issues due to covid, but I will not be back during our next trip to Elounda. The food in the restaurant was not good and the drinks were all lacking. We paid extra for a lobster dinner and highly regret it. Waited 20-30 minutes in between each course. It was one of the most frustrating meals I've had. The property is nice, but outdated . On a positive note, the views are great.

Great hotel
Great hotel - would highly recommend getting a room with a pool or sea view. Rooms (we had a superior bungalow with sharing pool) were large, nicely decorated and modern. Breakfast and dinner were varied and staff always friendly!

Quite good, but not what I think is five stars
First of all, its a good hotel and you cant do anything wrong by choosing it. The greeting was warm and welcoming, including a glass of champagne and cold refreshing towels. The golf-cart transfer to our room (deep blue junior suite) was seamless, the nice guy explained shortly the function of the AC and the room. The room size itself is big, including a sofa, but not a seperated living area. The bathtub is IN the room, FYI. Anyway, the view from our room was amazing, although just a very few rooms have this kind of "beach front" view. The breakfast has a general variety, but nevertheless there seems to be very little in variation (stayed there for a week). Freshly squeezed orange juice is availably direct from the squeeze-machine. Nice. So what are the negatives? Call me spoiled, the hotel is generally in a good condition, but at some places (pools, restaurant etc.) you feel the age. They have no electric curtains. There was no picture or painting inour room. The parking lot looks like third-world-garbage place. The Hotel beachis quite small and crowded. The snack quailty at the pool bar poor. Bottom line: more a good 4,5 Star Hotel. Good for Southern European Standards, you most likely will not be dissapointed, but generally not a true 5 star experience.

Loved this hotel. Great breakfast, great water for swims, lagoon for 'fish spa,' great beach bar, lots of swimming pools, very helpful staff, sea view bungalow was fantastic. It's possible to upgrade to private pool sea view bungalow for only 50 euros. Fabulous place.

Early season stay,
Our stay was very early in the season, we arrived two days after opening and the hotel was quiet. The staff could not have been more helpful. We had a sea view bungalow which gave us a fantastic view of the gardens and the beautiful bay. The breakfast buffet was superb but because the hotel was so quiet the only restaurant open in the evening was the main buffet which very good but expensive.

Veldig bra
Veldig bra 10 dagers opphold med "All Inclusive". Selv om alt på menyen ikke var inkludert likevel som var litt skuffende så var maten veldig bra. Veldig koselig å gå rundt på hotellet som bestod av mange små kardemommebyhus og koselige stier.

Our Premium All Inclusive package offers a large variety of items available to our beloved guests and most of them are fully included, with a nice arrangement of premium alcohol brands and premium food items being offered at a nice discount! We genuinely hope that our buffet and a la carte restaurants were able to live up to the expectations of an excellent and premium quality resort, which all of our team & management strive to achieve and surpass! Schöner Platz zum Ausspannen
Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage. Pools dürfen gerne etwas wärmer sein. Das Frühstücksbuffet würde ein bisschen mehr frisches Obst anstatt Konserve vertragen. Service sehr zuvorkommend und freundliches Personal.
