Everything perfect

Posted 24-Apr-2015
Pros: Everything
Cons: I can't think of anything that could be improved
Location: Our favorite thing this trip is that the Wynn is across the street from the Fadhion Show Mall and right next door to the extravagant shops next door
Great room, great food, great gambling, great spa, great Cabana, great location for shopping, great staff and people, felt very safe

sleepless nights due to noise from hotel clubs

Posted 21-Apr-2015
Pros: The rooms were spacious and clean.
Cons: Noise control at night is essential to allow rest for conference attendees and businessmen/women. Managers need to take a more active role.
Location: I chose to stay at Wynn's as it was the venue of my conference. But sleepless nights due to noise from hotel clubs far outweighed the convenience.
We experienced our first sleepless night due to pounding noise from a Wynn hotel club on Apr 17. At 3:30 AM Apr 18, my husband finally got up, went downstairs, and asked for a different room. A front desk staff stated that a room change would be arranged in the morning. At 7:30 am we were told by a different front desk staff that Wynn and Encore were completely sold out and that not a single room was available. This front desk staff went back to consult with her manager then told us to leave our cell numbers with her. She would call us when a room change could be arranged. When told that this arrangement was not acceptable to us, a room was suddenly found. Afrer a sleepless night, we were kept standing at the front desk with our luggages while this front desk staff checked her computer, made phone calls, went to the back office multiple times to consult with her manager. It might have been more efficient and certainly more courteous for the manager with the authority to make decisions to come out of his/her office and address guests' concerns. Unfortunately even after changing our room from 23rd floor (facing the pool) to another room on 33rd (facing Las Vegas Blvd), the nocturnal noise from the hotel club until 4 am recurred the next night. At check out, we were told that this was not within the hotel's control. We disagreed with this assessment. In short, Wynn's hotel does not appear to be a suitable venue for conferences or business.

Lovely weekend at the Wynn!

Posted 20-Apr-2015
Pros: Room furnishings, floor to ceiling windows, staff friendliness.
Cons: Non-smoking pool would be terrific.
The hotel is located at the north end of the strip, but was still in walking distance to many of the other hotel and casino's. Staff were all excellent, from the reservations desk to the concierges. La Reve is also an excellent show that shouldn't be missed.

Fancy hotel but pretentious and not kid-friendly

Posted 19-Apr-2015
Pros: It is beautiful.
Cons: Get rid of the cigarettes. It's 2015!
The Wynn was nice but if you have kids, stay at a more fun place like Mandalay Bay. We liked the pool at the Wynn but it is ridiculous to pay $25/night (plus tax) for a fridge in your room. Also the amount of cigarette smoke in the casino (which you always have to walk through) is oppressive. I was happy to not be deluged with cigarette smokers by the pool.

It was close to the places we wanted to go

Posted 18-Apr-2015
Pros: Honestly? Your cleaning crew were the nicest My first and second time were so nice; this time was my third and would be the last,
Cons: Your Registration Department need to learn to treat every guess with an smile and kindness regardless of their appearance
Location: I can't say anything about other things because we were there for a short period of time (2) days,
My sister and I we went to the Encore and had dinner at Society cafe Encore; we had a waitress #1900107, she was not very nice to us we could tell by the way she was attending the couple seating next to our table, on top of that; she went and got another waiter to translate for me which is an insult to my intelligence because I speak English, I understand I have an accent but so as millions of people up there. By the way, the waiter that supposed to translate for us; we couldn't understand one word of his Spanish. "We didn't like this scenario"

Very nice hotel

Posted 17-Apr-2015
Pros: Styling and quetness of rooms
Cons: Just don't like having to walk through the casino where people are smoking. Especially when I am dressed up in formal dinner attire.
I travel for work and do not get the opportunity to stay at a hotel of this caliber.

Le Wynn "gagnant"......

Posted 17-Apr-2015

Nice and comfortable hotel

Posted 16-Apr-2015
Pros: The comfort and cleanness of the rooms
Cons: The check in process
Location: Very well located, right at the strip area, close to malls, restaurants, hotels and everything you may need
Only complain was at the check in process, I arrived early and the clerk offered to call me when the room was ready but I never received the call.

Great hotel on the strip

Posted 16-Apr-2015
Pros: Room, restaurants & bars
Cons: Breakfast seating or a larger area for breakfast.
Location: Plenty to do. Shopping mall across the street.
Hotel is great, large and modern rooms, good restaurants. Breakfast area is too small though and large queues waiting to be seated.
