Pros: It was pet friendly and they provided a close dog relief area
They provided a Keurig Coffee Maker but there was no K cups to make a cup of coffee. The shower water was cold. First group of elevators, only one working elevator and people had to wait a long time.

Pros: The hotel staff was very nice and helpful
The room's furniture was beat up and EVERYTHING was an additional charge! I was surprised there wasn't a lock with a credit card terminal on the toilet. The hot water in the shower was lukewarm at best when it was cranked all the way up

Dark overpriced smoke filled everywhere.

This hotel was terrible. You had to hold your breath to make it through the casino. Every thing there was very dark including the room. There were charges for everything including a $20.00 charge for checking in before 4 pm if a room was available. A 20 something dollar resort fee that you could not get removed. It is off by itself and hard to get to from anywhere.

Convenient to my conference

Pros: It is a nice hotel with the facilities were great.
Cons: I don't have anything I would ask to change.
Location: Location was fine
I had a late check in but the staff was extremely professional and helpful. My room was very comfortable and I was able to get a comfortable nights sleep.

Decent and functional

Clean large room. Staff not overly helpful on front desk. Quite dated in some aspects and upon arrival did not get a double room as requested as there were 'none left'. Despite this we did find our room had two double beds so in the end this was not a problem, it was just not the room we had anticipated. A good proximity to the strip and no problems getting a taxi from the front of the hotel.

Accommodations

Pros: the front desk staff and concierge were great. We used their services a lot as we traveled to Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon
Cons: Some of the waiters had a difficult time with our order and understanding their menu. I blame a language barrier; English not being their primary.
Location: Near by - nothing. Gold Coast casino only thing within walking distance. Shuttle to sister properties great idea as it gets you to and from the strip
Suite is a great idea. Sofa and chair - great. Nice to have a coffee table to. We set up birthday decorations there. Separate desk/ eating area too. For the 1st time in my travel experiences we ordered room service. They laid out a spread! Including a table cover! Love the idea of separate sink/ dressing area and bureau and separate bath and shower. Lots of freedom. Bathroom had some very obvious mildew in the shower, an easy clean, but.... Also, much needed caulking in the bathroom area. Dressing area had missing tiles along the base of the wall. Very obvious, as I don't go looking for faults.
