“Very run down but giid service”
The room are old and not well maintained. The employees were very kind and very coiurteous. The lobby looked good when we arrived but not the same for the rooms
“Good location, OK price”
I was in Vegas a week before Thanksgiving. It was pretty much vecant. The room was good, and clean. It includes Fridge, Coffee Machine, Iron, TV. Pros: - This hotel is very close to The Strip, just 10-12 min walk, and they do have a shuttle service to drop you at a location/attraction nearby, which is great. - The continental breakfast is complimentory and good to start your day right. - There was no Extra Fee. - This is good place if you are with Family - If you are not driving, this hotel can be a good choice. Cons: - There is no Casino in the hotel - Entire hotel is smoke-free, so you may want to think about it if you smoke. For the location & services, the price was really good.
“Better than average”
The best parts were the free wi-fi, shuttle service, the friendly staff and the hot breakfast. The room was basic but comfortable. The location was nice given the hustle and bustle of the Strip...it is approximately a 10-15 minutes walk. Wish they had a restaurant inside the hotel.
“Convenient to strip”
This hotel was jut right for what I needed- 15 minute walk to strip hotel where the conference I was attending was held, much cheaper than strip hotels, free wifi, exercise room, free shuttle to airport, plus a real breakfast. Food in Vegas was so expensive that I was very happy to have that free breakfast! I hope to never go to Vegas again, but if I do I would stay at this hotel.
“AC was not working and carpet was not clean”

“it was ok”
Hotel is remodeling at present. Hallways were very warm (no AC). Had to move from first room (fan in room AC broken) . Overall, it was pleasant. Very nice pool area. Breakfast was run-of-the-mill, with no variations from day to day. Handled late arrival well
“Great deal for the price...”
My hotel experience was much better than I ever anticipated. The hotel was clean and nicely maintained. My room was clean and quiet. The pool and jacuzzi were in good working order. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. The price was very reasonable. The location is close to several local eateries and business. I would recommend this hotel to those that are not seeking the thrilling Las Vegas experience.
“Great customer service and Pet Friendly!!!”
The floor had a few stains but otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. It was nice to keep my baby girls (Lab mix and Pomeranian) there and at only $10 per pet per night you really cannot beat that! (on the drive home to Oakland, we stayed at a HORRIBLE motel that charged twice that and that motel was the picture of sleazy). Really my only complaint was how cold the pool was, not cool, but freezing. The breakfast was delicious, worth the stay even if I didn't have my girls with me! The front desk was super nice and accommodating. Quick to help me with any issues with smiles on their faces. THANKS! Also, a block away from Buca De Pepo's... Delicious family style Italian food! YUMMY!
“Rude front desk”
After long hours of drive when I reached the hotel at 10pm, I received a very bad treatment from the front desk. I reserved two rooms, when I asked to give rooms on same floor, my request was rejected without any attempt of checking in the system. After carrying all of my luggage to the room, the key is not working. Then I went back all the way to the font desk which is on the other side of the building, he did something in the system and asked me to try it again. This sequence was repeated five times to test my patience. When I demanded for better service he became very angry with me. I don't know how he got the realization, he changed the room closer to the other room and tried to make up from the bad situation he created. Hotel is good for the money I paid, probably my timing was not good created a very bad impression about this hotel.
“Hotel Service”
I called early for extra towels. I was told there wasn't anyone to bring them, the housekeeper goes home at 4:00pm and the maintenance man had just left. It was only around 8pm in evening. Early for Vegas time. I was not pleased. We eventually were brought some towels. I don't like staying in a hotel that you don not have access to full staff. Isn't that what you pay for?
