“Fascinating Place”
Overall the stay at Planet Hollywood was pretty good. Our only comments were that we couldn't believe all the smoking indoors and that we had to go through it everytime to get to our rooms. To top it off we were on a non-smoking floor yet every morning we were greeted with a bathroom stinking of smoke. Our biggest let down was the 'continental breakfast' A coffee and muffin from Starbucks!! Thats NOT breakfast!!
“PH”
I stayed for 4 days in fountain view room. Room cleanliness is alright. Although had fountain view but very small window. Inadequate lighting in room. Double beds are bit smaller then expected. Check in staff was not very helpful on asking for facility for breakfast..
“Best Strip Location”
Other than the rude check-in woman, our stay here was perfect! Great strip location! Great rooms! And you have to check out Earl of Sandwich!
“Would stay again”
Very close walking distance to everything, bus stop outside if you wan't to go to Outlet Shopping, across the road from Bellagio. Staff very helpful and we did the Buffet of all Buffets and recommend Planet Hollywood's "The Spice Market". Has the best selection of food. If I was to come back I would definitely not take young kids.
“Great location, Great Price”
If you want a hotel right in the middle of all the action at a reasonable price then I really do recommend this hotel. Its directly opposite the Bellagio so you can pop out to watch the fountains at any time of the day. Right next door to Paris so you can take a trip up the Eiffel Tower and there is a shopping mall that surrounds the Planet Hollywood casino (a shopoholics dream). I would definitely stay there again.
“e chargesxtra”
extra charges even though I checked on booking in what was covered. One staff member unhelpful and did not uphold what i had been told on check-in.
“great but y charge 4 wifi”
planet hollwood gives u free drinks wen gambling but charges $14 per day for wif...i,,also atm charges were $4.99.......do u want me to stay here again.....then help out a little.......otherwise its a great htl.
“Ok...”
Good location, room was comfortable, but not very clean. Hotel in general is very dark (hallways, etc.) Bathroom had an odd smell the entire 6 days we were there. One day, we ddidn't get housekeeping so we call and asked for towels. Were told they would send somebody right up, nobody ever came. Hotel is probably worth the stay based on location alone, but I would rate it as average overall.
“Not my favorite”
This was my 4th time to Vegas. Previous stays have been at TheHotel, Signature, and Aria. We decided on PH due to the location on the strip. We like to travel on the monorail alot and up and down the strip. In hindsight, it is better to stay at a hotel with an actual monorail station if you are planning to use this service as we still had to walk a distance to get to the station. We didnt expect this hotel to be as nice as the others we had stayed at, and for the price we paid. But next time, I will pay the little bit extra to get the nicer hotel room. We stayed in a Hollywood Hip room on the 25th floor. The rooms looked tired, no mini fridge and the bed was literally as hard as a rock!! I don't think I would hate this place as much if the bed was decent, but it was old and worn out! I had read previous reviews about having mold in their bathroom, and I also noticed a small amount of black mold in the shower. Had a separate tub, but it was really only big enough for one person and wasn't jetted. Maid service was average - made the bed and changed the towels, that was about it. One benefit - no resort fees.
“Very happy”
I did get a smoking room, and it did take two days to get a non smoking room, but they did help out, and with the bill as well.
