Long visit and uncomfortable

Posted 26-Jan-2015
Pros: room key worked?
Cons: Update the rooms, improve food selection, offer business free service. I paid 80.00 and I did not need the pool or lab top services.
Location: Shoot show
I did not feel welcome. Food way to high. I paid for everything some times in cash and no receipt.

I like the location, central on the strip. Room was nice. The work out area was on the small side.

Rude staff

Posted 25-Jan-2015
Pros: Convenient location - in the middle of the strip.
Cons: Staff - friendly and helpful would be appreciated!
Location: Across from Bellagio's water show, near Caesar's Palace.
At check in, the clerk made it clear that they do not like travelers who book with Expedia. Our included 'continental breakfast' was at the hotel next door, and was actually only a credit of $18 for two people for two coffee stands (similar to Starbucks). She did tell me that I could also buy food from anywhere in the Paris Hotel, charge it to my room, and they would take $18 off the bill. However, when I checked out, a different clerk told me this was not the case and they would never do this as our Expedia deal had nothing to do with them - even though I was staying at their hotel! As well, there was an additional person charge of $30+ per night which did not offer any benefit - I thought it would at least get us another $9 in continental breakfast credit. When I asked what I was paying for, she said the 3rd person - even though the third person is not getting anything. I should have booked this room for two people only - it would have made no difference to the reservation. Going back to the continental breakfast problem, the clerk did finally offer to take $18 off our bill since she couldn't verify what I was told with the original clerk. The original clerk was also very rude when asked about whether we should drive down to the front of the hotel or park in self-parking to unload bags. She was not helpful about which would be best for us but said, 'How would I know which is better for you?' Um....because you WORK at the hotel and know the layout, walking distance

Clean, good size, but the pillows are awful.

Posted 25-Jan-2015
Pros: Rooms were spacious and clean.
Cons: Pillows need to be fixed, our view is they were small and hard and lumpy on the double bed we had.
Location: Use the discount voucher to go up the Eiffel tower before 5pm, it's worth it.
We arrived 30 minutes after book in time of 4pm and were told a king bed wasn't available despite requesting 5 months out unless we care to upgrade at 125% on top of the price we paid on Expedia. We were told essentially first in best dressed for rooms despite any booking request. Perhaps a reflection of the Expedia deal but we said no thanks so into a double room we go. Rooms are clean though dated we were happy enough. When we went to bed we realised the pillows were almost unusable... so hard , we phoned housekeeping and were told there were very few feather pillows but they would try, we never heard from them again, next day we bought a new pillow so we could sleep. We checked out early 4.45am and were going to make mention of it at reception but not a single person in reception when we walked through so we used speed check out.

Nice, but a bit dated

Posted 24-Jan-2015
The shine is wearing a bit but still a good value for money in that part of the strip

This hotel over-charges for everything.

Posted 24-Jan-2015
They charge a resort fee even if you do not intend to use it. Terrible hotel.
