could be better!

Everything was decent and clean. Their cafe is about the best place inside the casino. They need to work on getting people checked in quicker. Their wait time to get checked in horrendous! They also need more friendly dealers that actually make you feel welcomed.

Hidden Charges

Posted 21-Jul-2014
Pros: close to hospital, food in cafe
Paid in advance for the room, advertised price was averaged to 94.00 per night, stayed Friday and Saturday nights. Room Was Clean, Smaller than in pictures on web site. When I checked in, even though I paid in advance for the room they requested a $100.00 deposit, for "incidentals", I did not charge anything to my room. I did not watch any of their pay perview channels, but when I checked out they said there was a daily service charge of 16.00 per night. so they took approximately 34.00 from my deposit (which I had left a card on file). Most hotels include room taxes etc to total price of the room. I wasnt in Las Vegas to play, I was visiting my wife in the hospital. and this hotel was close by, but I would rather drive a bit further rather than stay there again.

Ok hotel slightly off The Strip

Posted 21-Jul-2014
Pros: I liked the room, the bathroom (spacious, sliding glass shower doors) and the super max, fully programmable, built-in AC. Room key to work elevator.
Cons: Better cocktails, food at The Grand Cafe, the attitude of the guys at Bell Hop counter, free WIFI and clearer TV service (I stayed in my room mostly).
Location: Location ok, on major bus route, walking distance to CVS, 7-11, grocery store, bank, bars, restaurants, close to The Strip (only by bus or shuttle),
After finding an excellent deal on Expedia, the hotel hits you a charge to cover any room charges even before you get to your room. It's held until you check out. Also, to help the hotel cover the cost of a daily newspaper, the use and maintenance of their shuttle (it only goes to two locations: a mall on The Strip and the airport) and and the use of their slow internet service you're hit with a daily flat rate charge. I stayed in the luxury tower, which my king-sized bed was not. It was too soft for my back. Some of the front desk clerks need some deep, intensive customer service training. Too bad I can't post names. Overall, the room attendants were quite courteous and friendly and was consistent for the seven days I stayed there. I would recommend to a friend, but with caution.

Way below standard

Overall conditions were run down. The atmosphere was not appealing. So glad we only stayed one night.

Just ok!

Posted 19-Jul-2014
Pros: Location.
Cons: Needs to updated carpet in the Tower rooms. Pool is really small and looks like your at a motel. Gym could also be bigger.
Location: Close to I-15 and shuttle will take you to strip.
This is an OK hotel if you are on a budget. Rooms are small and only offers shower in bathroom. Casino also small just a few tables. Buffet is really small but for breakfast it was ok.
