“Perfect for the Vegas experience!”
Hotel was fantastic and we even managed to get a relatively free upgrade (see the sandwich) for our 6 night stay. Staff were very helpful and the atmosphere inside the NYNY was electric.
“Am saving to go back next year!”
The casino area is huge, with great little shops around there is a fish & chip shop, a ben & jerrys who are very generous with their portions! A fantastic little dessert/cake place. The only downside was that check in took at least half hour on the queue and after a long flight we needed to freshen up and relax the customer service desk was another where u had to queue up for ages they had minimal staff on, but the telephone service from the room was excellent.
“Excellent Value”
Went with our son, ideal eating place for poeple with children. You take a table in the streets of New York and then you can buy burgers, pizzas fish and chips, hot dogs etc ... from any of the eating places. We enjoyed this as we all like different things to eat. Prices of food was also good not expensive at all. Our room was large and very clean. We also had a great view of the mountains. Watch out for happy hour on the roller coaster when you can get 2 for 1 rides. My son enjoyed the Arcade it had plenty of variety. Lots to see and do on this part of the strip with the MGM opposite, Excaliber to the right and the coca cola shop and M and M Shop just across the road. Plenty of parking as have all the main hotels on the strips. You can get some great photo shots from the bridge linking the New York New York and MGM hotels.
“NYNY so good they named it twice”
AS ABOVE
“Great location and base for Las Vegas well recommended”
Nice Hotel plenty to do and eat, bit on the chilly side definitely made for New Yorkers but I would stay again and i would recommend it for a stay in Vegas
“Great hotel!”
Stayed in the Park Ave. deluxe room and found it very spacious and clean. New York New York is a great hotel to stay in. Its location on the strip is ideal if you want to explore the strip by foot. It's within walking distance of many of the main hotels and only a 20min walk up to the Fashion Show Mall. Also great access to the airport too.
“The little apple”
Went for a weekend to Vegas to see Mariah Carey at the Palms hotel- originally planned on staying there but that worked out too expensive. Glad i decided on the New York hotel. Centrally located on the strip,10 mins from the airport and only a short walk from all the other hotels and attractions-not that you need it as the NY hotel is a spectacle all in itself. Every food, beverage, leisure and gambling need catered for. The re-creation of NY city is breath taking especially the statue of liberty, Brooklyn Bridge, the skyscrapers etc and lets not forget the massive rollercoaster that wraps round the exterior (Not for the faint hearted!!. Hotel also has a massive pool, hot tubs and a spa. Tou get a free $100 voucher pack when you check in which includes free welcome cocktails at any of the numerous bars in the complex and 2 for 1 offer on the rollercoaster. Ladies and gents- if you loved the movie then make sure you check out the Coyote Ugly bar- the most fun i've had! I was only there for the weekend but had a fantastic time. Staff, room facilities, location and amenities were all first rate. Would recommend to anyone and I am already planning my next (much longer) trip.
“Great holiday”
Good hotel right in the centre of the strip
“Great hotel good position”
Great hotel fantastic holiday.Use the bus to travel up and down the strip $15 for 3 days. They are available 24 hours a day.
“lovely comfy beds :-)”
Great hotel in the center of all the action, room was very clean and big and the bed and pillows were very comfy. Our room was looking on to the the rollercoaster and we could hardly hear the screams. Staff were friendly the only thing i would say is if you go drinking in Coyote Ugly's they will try and get you drunk pouring spirits down your throught but when you go to the toilet (which is outside in the hotel complex) if they think you are drunk they will not let you back in, not even to tell your husband !!!!and i had my camera pinched inside the pub. But overall a great holiday even though i have got blisters on my feet from all the walking so take some comfy shoes.
