We had bought parking passes for the hotel. In the parking lot the was a few cars did not have a permit. They were there the whole time we stayed. The security were rude to my kids going into the hotel.

The quality of this Hyatt compared to other Hyatt’s we have stayed at is lower than we expected. The carpets in the rooms were filthy and turned the bottom of your feet black. The reviews of this hotel being noisy due to air traffic are spot on. Right about the time I was trying to go to sleep there would be an airplane flying out every 40-60 seconds. In the morning, the shower took about 5 minutes to finally get some hot water.
The upside is that the hotel staff were incredible and check-in was lightening fast. Breakfast in the morning was well stocked.

It is an old looking hyatt when we compare to other hyatt. This location needs lots of renovations. Don’t expect hyatt standards. Very congested cafeteria. If you want to stay in a quite area from strip this would be ok. The front desk CS person Kylie is very pleasant and very helpful. The house keeping person Miguel is very hard working and very helpful. Miguel is good potential for the hyatt team. Really hard working person. Overall an average stay.

Great place for families. It’s located in the middle of many restaurants & gas stations. You can definitely see & hear the planes coming/going but it wasn’t a problem for us.

Hotel is close to the strip. Only thing is it shares parking lot with the restaurant and when I tried parking where I had parked at the beginning they told me I couldn’t park there since it was with Valet for the restaurant only.

The property was close to UNLV and an easy walk. Very close to airport. Walking distance from car rental. Room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was good.

From the beginning James was very polite. And really helpful. The next morning breakfast was hot and ready right away. Your housekeeping did a very nice job keeping the entire hotel clean at all time. Check out Luis was very helpful keep are bag in a great place because my flight was later in the day. We stayed for 4 nights and we loved everything about it from the friendly staff to the cleanest of the place. We had house keeping for the 4 nights we stayed and the room was always left nice and clean every time. We also loved that breakfast was included so we woke up everyday to a very good breakfast the buffet was always clean and well organized with a variety of things to enjoy would definitely recommend and mostly likely booked again.

The hotel had a shuttle but I was told it was only for employees, this ruined what might have been a good experience and stay, why have a shuttle and not use it for guests

We wanted to stay off the strip but be in a good neighborhood with lots of options for food and entertainment. This place delivered! The staff were all friendly and professional, the room was comfortable, the building was in good repair! We’ll be back!

Was clean and easy to access. They were understanding about us arriving late for check in. The only thing I dislike was that in our room we found several insects. Grasshoppers it was gross.
Honestly the only complaint we had was the sounds of the airport. Which we knew would be there because of the location. We wanted walking to Thomas and Mack. G
Very basic, clean hotel. Its age is starting to show but overall decent. The full beds are just barely big enough for two adults to sleep in. The pull out bed was our least favorite as it was painful to sleep on. The metal bars make it nearly impossible to sleep on. Otherwise a nice basic economy choice.
Very small rooms and washrooms, very old and outdated rooms, lobby and the reception area is also very old and completely run down. If you have to las vegas for enjoying what the strip has to offer then stay away from here
